I've been wanting to try Macho's for weeks because of their great reviews, and I like to support local. So tonight I ordered dinner for delivery...asked that food be delivered between 5:50 - 6:10 pm (I ordered at 5 pm so.....reasonable? I thought so). Order confirmation quoted delivery between 6 and 6:20. Ok fine. 6:30 rolls around, no food, so I check delivery status...the delivery driver is on their way to Machos to pick up the food....we finally received it around 6:40 pm. Ice cold, soggy chips, soggy tostadas, wilted lettuce...you get the idea. I emailed right away to complain and have not gotten a response. I'm not holding my breath. They always gave me a side of chips. This time they did not, I asked for chips like I always get and they simply refused. Would not budge. And I know they recognize me as a consistent customer and I even TIP even tho I am ordering and picking it up myself. What horrible customer service and appreciation. I hope it was worth losing a customer over a handful of chips. Places like this are already barely worth even ordering from with their inflated prices. This country is doomed. Read moreI have been coming here for a long time. I don’t know if management changed or what. The menu has definitely changed and so has their attitude towards their customers. I bought two steak tacos and a chicken tacos dinner. They put a red and green sauce in the bag with the steak tacos but no sauce with the dinner. I called and asked about it. The young man I spoke to acted as if I was trying to cheat them after explaining the situation. I finally asked how much is a sauce, he said 25 cent.
