Taco Bell — Restaurant in Proviso Township

Me and my husband went in here on June 15, 2018 to get something to eat for dinner when we went inside there was only two customers eating inside and no one in the drive thru there was an employee sitting in the lobby on his phone with ear buds in when he saw us walk in he took his ear buds out his ears and had the dangling from his neck he got up and proceed to go and take our order not ounce did he stop and wash his hands (health code violation), and the lobby was a mess trash everywhere, trash cans over flowing, trash all over the floor and tables, soda / pop all over the drink area and it's trash was over flowing too now remind you the guy was sitting in the lobby on his doing nothing besides messing with his phnpe when he could've and should've been cleaning the lobby and emptying the trash. My husband placed his order first one of the things he ordered was a beef gordita supreme the guy acted like he didn't understand English cause he was like that's one chicken gordita my husband corrected him saying no beef gordita supreme the guy looked at my husband like a deer caught in head lights then he like "oh that's a beef gordita" do you want the supreme? We're like I'm yes for the 3rd time he finally got it the my husband tells him we have a coupon for one free taco of our choice he acted like he didn't know how to process a coupon so he called the mng up front when she came up to the register she acted like it was a waste of her time and had an attitude she only gave my husband a coice of two tacos a soft or hard taco now remind you the coupon said any taco of our choice my husband didn't make a big deal out of it and jus took a soft taco and finished his order and paid, I also had a coupon for a Free taco of my choice so I ordered the duble decker taco this time the guy didn't call the mng back up front and cashed me out no problems, my husband got his order then I got mine when I went up to the counter the lady that gave me mine was standing there with here hands on here hips like it was a bother for her to have to give me my order when I asked if it was a double decker taco like yeah like I had insulted her by checking to make sure my order was right, poor attitude to have in customer service and it's usually we have great customer service and experience when we go to this taco Bell sad to see how with changing of employees and mng (new employees and mng) there customer service and cleanleyness has fallen. Taco Bell has always been my go-to spot for a quick, satisfying meal, and my recent visit reminded me why I keep coming back. Went in 6/16/18 @ 8:55pm there was only two customers inside & an employee sitting in the lobby playing with his phone when we came in he got up & took his earbuds put & proceed to take our order not ounce did he stop to wash his hands, the lobby was dirty and nasty, all the trash cans over flowing, ( but you got an employee sitting on his ass playing on his phone SMH) the employee didn't seem to know what he was doing at all my husband ordered a beef gordita supreme the employee repeats it back as chicken gordita my husband corrected him & he acted like he didn't understand English or something finally got it when my husband informs him he has a coupon for any free taco of his choice the employee didn't know how to ring it up so he called the manger up front to help him & she had an attitude she didn't even give my husband a choice of what he wanted then when get our food the employee that hands me the order had an attitude when I asked if it was what we ordered this place is going down...
