Waffle Love - Provo — Restaurant in Provo

It was my friend's birthday and I figured she'd enjoy this and so against my better judgment I went here. I was actually quite pleased with my experience.

First of all the service was impeccable. The guy making our food was personable and talk to a lot about what kind of auctions would work best for us and helped us understand whatever thing was. He was super personable after we got our food too and talked with us about the food and worked with a smile the entire time. Much better service than I've gotten many many other places. I would come back for the service alone.

The food was really good too. I don't know if I'd come here just for the chicken, but definitely for the waffles. I tried everything but the churro ones and they were all really delicious. They were generous with toppings. I didn't like their special sauce, but that was no surprise because I don't like many sauces at all. Everyone else said their sauce tasted great. I would love it if they had an alternative sauce for their savory items. If they had a white gravy like Texas Roadhouse, that would be amazing.

All In all, I never thought I'd say this but I will be back. I've avoided them for years because I had a crappy waffle up in Salt Lake from one of their places or a similar place and I wasn't impressed at all. It was horrible. But these guys doing...

Today was my cousin's birthday, and she said she wanted to eat at Waffle Love. At first, I had my doubts, since waffles aren't really my favorite food. However, the waffles at Waffle Love are different than most waffle places. I got the Nutella Love with a croissant waffle, and let me tell you, it was the literal best breakfast item that has ever hit my taste buds!!! The croissant was wonderfully flaky, there was just enough Nutella to make absolutely perfect, and the strawberries were at their best. Better yet, not only was the food SPECTACULAR, the service was great! At the beginning, my Nutella Love came in with a regular waffle, when it was supposed to be croissant. But, then, a whopping five minutes later, give or take, the exact meal I had wanted showed up in front of me. And, there was only one guy actually working! The ambiance in the room was so nice. It had a nice comfortable kind of feel. On the far wall, there was a floral mural which was very well-painted! Other than the flower mural, there were paintings all over, and there was a nice chalkboard with such amazing calligraphy! In my life, I've been to countless different breakfast places. However, this one of the few that checks all the boxes. Needless to say, if you haven't already, you should definitely head over to Waffle Love...

The food is extraordinarily good! Which is probably why there were other issues... Hear me out.

I went on a Saturday morning and the line was out the door. Immediately, I think there has to be something good being served for so many people to stand in line on a Saturday morning. And it was good! I had the breakfast sandwich - delicious! My husband, who is on the Keto diet, had a side of eggs, bacon and avocado and he was happy.y kids ordered banana cream waffles, nutella waffles and chicken all waffles. Everybody was thrilled with their choices. But that many people wanting this food creates some problems...

Long lines, not enough tables to accommodate everyone, bathrooms not looking too good and no drink dispensers. You could order a bottled soda or juice or you could get water from the refrigerator section, but you had to cross through the long line of people waiting to order in order to get to the refrigerated water. Frustrating.

Until they get a bigger place (they need one), I would suggest ordering ahead for pick-up and enjoy this yummy...
