March 2024 they are so slow in the drive through and the Spanish speaking employees can’t understand those from America.
CHARBURGERS:
PORTABELLA CHAR: yummy only if you take off the garlic aioli sauce which tastes like tartar sauce and the overly sweet pickles and replace the shredded lettuce with leaf lettuce. It costs less to get the portobello burger and make substitutions than the veggie burger adding mushrooms, because it’s only $1 extra for the veggie patty, but $2 extra for mushrooms. The cheese on the portobello is melted mozzarella so make sure it isn’t garlic aioli before you complain. Ask for no cheese and get a FEW fresh onions in place of it.
SIGNATURE SANDWICHES:
VEGGIE BURGER: Ask for a white bun since the wheat bun is dry and weird, and ask for it to be dripping with the honey mustard sauce that comes on it. They aren’t supposed to charge 40 cents for BBQ sauce if you get it on the side. If you add portobellos to your vegan burger it costs $2 extra, so just get the portobello burger and substitute out the patty for only $1 extra. Avocado is $2 extra.
Kids burger tasted like the bun was drenched in hamburger grease.
tuna burger is ok.
The cauliflower was bland and the sauce for it looked old and had too much mayonnaise in it, which was weird on the cauliflower. They should have some cheese or butter garlic sauce for it...
Read moreI ordered two burger combos and a chicken sandwich through the drive thru (the sandwich ended up being $7, but we wanted to try it). There was no one in line ahead of us or behind us. It took about 15 minutes or so before they had us pull around to the front door to get the order. We drove home and I realized that the $7 chicken sandwich was missing. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal and decided to call the store. I thought that I’d call and that they’d have one waiting for me if I decided to drive the 15 minutes back. One problem though, the store did not have a number. I got directed to a call center. After going through a phone menu, I finally reached someone. However, the individual couldn’t help me as he was expecting me to start a phone order. I was pretty frustrated at this point and found a customer satisfaction survey online. I spent a good chunk of time explaining what happened. I was reached by an automated apology email asking for my address so that some “Habit Bucks” could be sent my way for my trouble. A month later, I have yet to see the burger currency. As for the remaining food, the fries were soggy and the burgers were pretty undercooked (I don’t remember ordering them medium rare). But the shakes were dope! I’d say give the ice cream a chance, but if you’re in that part of Provo, you may as well go to the JCW’s...

I was there on a Wednesday from 6-7, and I think I saw two or three small groups in the restaurant (very few people in the restaurant itself). I picked a corner and had plenty of room to watch a video on my phone without headphones. The atmosphere was really on point, cozy to the max. Warm colors, wood accents, great music. Staff seemed pretty laid back and friendly.
I had a santa barbara charburger and some sweet potato fries. It cost $13.50 total. The burger was fantastic. Sour bread is truly the king of burger buns. There was a perfect amount of avocado, the burger to condiment to bread ratio was spectacular as well. You won't go wrong ordering this burger. The fries were a tad dry and the ranch that came with them was a little watery, but they were good anyway.
Between the burger, fries, and water, I came hungry and left full. Zero complaints on portion size. I was on a medication that suppresses my appetite when I ate though, so take that with a grain of salt.
My plan was to order a dessert after if I felt like it, but I'm glad I didn't. I remember the shakes being really good here, but it would have overfilled me for sure.
Overall, the food was great, the atmosphere spectacular. Come here if you want to quietly eat a great burger....
