Adolfo's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Pueblo

The porta Rican lady/ dimican was the worst person ive dealt with, the second we added to order she would ask us if we're done every time, then I always order my burrito with light guacamole, when I got it, it was like 40% guacamole and after I showed her told me that's how it is but never got it like that unless I dont ask for light, after starring at the food like im dumb she took it to the cook and started talking bad in Spanish like we don't understand. When it was done she threw it on the counter. Yelled ready then walked away. Got it back exactly how it normally is supposedto be. Then while cleaning she took the foot rug on the floor while she was cleaning and pretty much threw it at us/towards us to mop while it was full of dirt/debris, and 5 min before closing told us to leave. And not only that she works at the other adolfos on northside and she acts the same exact way over there. Never dealt with someone in the food industry so rude and disrespectful when every other cashier there im respectful to and they are very respectful back and know me from how often I go. She seriously needs to be fired for the way she treats customers...

Normally I’d give it 5 stars because the food is always good, but today I went in and was the only one except one other customer, the girl taking my order was nice but very soft spoken and she speaks fast, as I was waiting for my food I was texting my boss so I was a little distracted when she said “Miss” and instead of calling out the order number on the ticket or trying to get my attention a little louder, she started banging on the counter and yelled “arbys!” Which is where I work I was in uniform. So basically she tried to get my attention like I was some dog or something it kinda embarrassed me the other customer was laughing. Good food but absolutely terrible service. Completely rude, impersonal and treated entirely different from hispanic customers. Very tempted to call the better business bureau because I believe very strongly we were discriminated against for being caucasian. Mexican food is our favorite type of food but the lady made us feel completely unwelcome and discriminated against. Our burrito was made immediately after it was ordered at the register so I am 100% positive it was ours. Then deliberately given to a Hispanic speaking man who arrived much later than we did and then our food was made after.
