I think I am done going to Pueblo Chick Fil A. I have been living here for a few years and it has been my go-to for days i dont have time to cook because i love their salads and their grilled chicken, but on top of them getting wierder and weirder about the honey BBQ sauce and just refusing to give you enough (even when i order online and it says a specific number, they give me way less), it really just gone downhill. Twice now they have given us a hard old nasty bun and there is no way they dont feel it is like a rock when they are making the sandwiches! The fries are shiney now like they are being cooked at too low of a temperature and they just taste like grease (and i normally LOVE their fries, they are the only fries i want to eat!), and i couldnt even eat them they wete so bad this last time. They also keep failing to enter the fruit for the kids meal and give us fries which is not what we want, even when we clarify with them at the speaker. The quality overall has just gone so downhill, and i used to think so highly of chick fil a. And seriously, if you want to hoard all the honey bbq sauce, then freaking sell it like you do the...
Read moreI don't eat here often, when I do get food from here, it's different every time. It's definitely not as good as it used, I used to drive to Colorado springs just so I could get this. We still did not have a Pueblo location I would not drive there for this place any longer. The quality has just declined. The first thing I noticed was chicken noodle soup, they had the "home style" noodles and that one was amazing, good broth, veggies and noodles. Now it's off tasting. I don't care about the noodles but the broth and veggies are yuck. The yogurt is different along with the granola, that was my experience today. Inedible now. The macaroni and cheese is not what it used to be either. I know the cost of food is gone up and people have switched products so they're not paying as much, you can taste the difference. Just because it has that Chick-fil-A logo doesn't mean it's the same thing you've been eating for the last so many years or so many months. I do love their chicken sandwiches, glad that's been consistent...
Read moreToday, Chick-fil-A gets one star! I have not been in this specific store and it was a bit confusing. Instead of being patient and explaining a little bit about what's what it was more like a cattle call fofire it out. I ordered my food to go and after waiting patiently while people after received their food prior to mine, I went to the front and asked them where was my food? While they're trying to chase it down...... low and behold my food comes walking in from the outside. I don't know. Came home mine went in the trash. Yes I'd like my $10 back please. Having it walk around the parking lot, I just didn't feel comfortable eating what was in the bag. The bag was not folded over so all of the breathing, talking everything right into the sack. I think I'm done w Chick-fil-A!!! Not a very good experience al all. And the "funny" thing above all, not one person said they were sorry. Or apologized, not one. They say "my pleasure" quite well perhaps they should teach "I'm...
