the lady who was working the cashier was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had the worst communication I’ve ever experienced. I’ve heard that this place is unprofessional and unfortunately that is the truth. Food is great/delicious but the service sucks. Yelled at my wife saying ā€œit’s your fault it’s your faultā€ because my wife didn’t know her food was sitting at the countertop.

Edit: Manager called after seeing the review and apologized. He gave an explanation saying it was one of the owners who doesn’t speak English well and offered if he could do anything to make things right. I’m happy someone reached out to talk about it.

Edit 2 10/4/24: tried this place a second time since the last issue and honestly food is still decent, it’s really expensive and the general vibe absolutely sucks lol. This time instead of getting yelled at by one of the owners, the younger lady working the register pretty much did not want to be there and made me feel like an inconvenience. I’ll stick to Yummy Thai or Puukaow Thai Restaurant in Pueblo West. At least you feel appreciated there and they treat you kindly. This place seems sour about serving their customers, even if the food is good. Don’t even want a call from their manager because 2/2 sucky experiences speaks for itself instead of...

I stopped in when I saw this new place has opened up and thought I'd try having lunch. I only had 40 minutes so I asked them if it would be quick and they said it would because they didn't have anyone ahead of me. I looked at the menu and prices were pretty much the norm perhaps a little less than similar places I've been to. When I got my to go order of chicken pad Thai after waiting only about 10 minutes, I thought it wasn't very much considering the size of the box but once I opened it up and started eating it it was actually plenty. They also asked me how hot I wanted it and I did tell them hot because I like spicy food. In the box they had everything together except for the peanuts which were in a separate sealed container which was good but I'm not allergic and after squeezing a generous portion of juicy lime juice all over it I tried it out. The first bite told me everything I needed to know and I devoured the rest. It was truly delicious down to the last bite and I definitely recommend supporting this local small business. I'm excited to go back with the whole family soon and if everything else on the menu is half as good as that pad thai it will be well...

This is not a fancy restaurant but a casual bistro type. Yet, You will be surprised by the flavor and quality of food served. It’s like coming home and they will treat you as part of their family. Yes, I’ve become a regular customer. Winny, her husband and their staff consistently do their best to accommodate. Since I have issues with spice (after getting COVID my body can’t tolerate spice any longer) they do their best to ensure I have no spice. When I order shrimp or seafood, I get plenty without it being over cooked. Again, the food is excellent, delicious and YUMMMY! I hope you’ll become a regular too. Update: have patience when ordering, not everyone are wanting to work and keeping reliable help is difficult. Order ahead and remember there is language and culture barriers. I’ve witnessed people thinking it’s okay to mistreat and speak to these wonderful people in demeaning ways. Shame on you! If mistakes are made, the owners bend over backwards to ensure they provide the best service and redo mistakes when they occur. It isn’t hard to be kind. Btw, I’m not related to the owners, just a...

Loved visiting this new family-run place in town. The service was friendly and personable and the food was good on the whole. I went with 3 others so we got a fair sampling of different things of which I tried 4. Pad See Ew with tofu was a 3. Good, solid dish, not amazing. They skimped on the broccoli and carrot Pumpkin curry was stellar, a 5. We got it spicy and it was creamy, flavorful deliciousness. Highly recommend. Lao papaya salad was a zero. It was awful, sickly sweet and little else. What happened there? I didn’t get to taste the regular papaya salad but heard it was much better. Tom Yum soup with tofu was also really disappointing, a 2. Thin, boring broth, very much a mistake or work in progress. The atmosphere is lacking but again the warmth of the folks who work there make up for it. I really want this place to succeed. If I hadn’t had that pumpkin curry it would have been a sad lunch. But next time I’m in Pueblo I would check this out.

They just opened a few weeks prior. The ambience is nothing special but the smiling faces make all the difference in the world, to make you feel welcome. My friend and I ordered the chicken egg rolls, the pad Thai and the drunken noodles. I also got an avocado boba tea. The egg rolls were delicious. The pad Thai was super yummy. My friend ate all of hers otherwise, I would've eaten a large part of her portion. The drunken noodles could've been better. I'd asked for a Thai hot and they were spicy yes, but by the next day, the heat was gone. I think I prefer the drunken noodles from the other Thai place in town. The avocado boba tea was delicious and is now my new favorite along with honeydew. All in all, we like this place especially due to being local (a 5 min drive vs a 20 min drive). I look forward to coming back and tasting their curries!!

I tried Cherry Thai for the first time today, and I’m a big fan of curry. I decided to try their Red Curry with shrimp. While the overall flavor of the curry itself was descent, the consistency was that of water. I am used to curry having a thicker, gravy-like consistency. I also ordered mild and it was a lot spicier than any mild I have tried before. I had to stop eating it and take the rest to go because of the spice level. The portion size was great, and the shrimp were cooked nicely, however there are several other restaurants I would rather order curry from. Not sure if I will be back again, but I was slightly disappointed.
