awesome friendly staff!! and the food is phenomenal, best Philly cheese steak in town!! the regular fries are really great. I had the large bell pepper Philly which is just a traditional Philly with bell pepper and onions with white American cheese soooooo good!! only wish there was an option for a side of aus ju I think that would just set it off even more!! and with three different size options for your sandwhich you can find something for everyone.

BEWARE OF THE PHOTOS OF MENUS ON GOOGLE MAPS!!! One menu shows a price of $13.95 for a double basket, another shows $19.00, both for the same item. As of today, the price was actually $22.00, and all other prices were equally inflated. Food was good, service was good, but the sticker shock severely affected our interest in returning. Checking the company's website showed the correct, current prices - unfortunately, it was only an afterthought.

Are you looking for a good Philly steak Sandwich? How about tasty meat? What about a quiet space? Then look no further, you've found the place to be. This is my first time at this establishment but the meat tastes great. It's hard for most places to properly prepare a tasty Philly steak sandwich. Other than that, I recommend you come to this restaurant. Bring your friends and family. I give this place a five out of five stars.

So, it's kind of hard to decide whether I should review this place based on what I KNOW a Philly Cheesesteak should be, or based on the fact that is is Pueblo Colorado and is NOT a mexican restaurant, because anything not Mexican is few and far between here unless it's a chain joint.

That being said, the food is not bad. It's absolutely NOT as good as a genuine Philly or even as good as a few other hole in the wall Triple D style joints I've had cheesesteaks at, but it's decent for Pueblo and since we really have no place else where you can get a passable cheesesteak, it kills the craving at least when once comes on.

Honestly, I think the products are overpriced for what you get, as compared to some other places elsewhere, but then again it becoming extremely hard for restaurants to remain in business without making moderate price increases because everything required to run one has become so expensive, especially beef products and transportation fees.

In light of that, they get a pass, but I still think they could go a little heavier on the meat and still do ok.

The fries here are just so so. Not bad, not great. And they are shoestring style so if you don't like that, which I don't particularly, then it might not be the place for you if fries are a requirement. I like normal fries or even steak fries, and these are actually ok for shoestring fries, I just don't prefer them. If you do, then you will probably like them.

The staff isn't the friendliest I've ever seen, but they are polite and expedient, and that is mostly what I'm looking for when I frequent a food establishment. You could do worse, especially in Pueblo, if you're looking for something like a...

What happened to this place? I understand staffing issues and the times we live in but to walk in past a dirty fingerprint covered door for dinner at 5:30 and have the whole staff sitting was the first clue-in of what is going on. Secondly, our party of two orders and after sitting noticed the sign amongst many others about a happy hour special for 2. The gal who came and remedied that issue, I appreciate. However as she is fixing it Conner who was named by another staff member goes directly from the original computer he rang us up at to cooking our food. No hand washing, no gloves, just cooking. The gal who fixed the cost difference finishes with me as 2 other guests walk in. I'm astounded, but choosing not to ruin the other guests experience we ask for to go bags and begin to leave. Our food currently sits in the trash in those bags. As we are leaving the gal finishes ringing up the other guests and promptly leaves the pos and starts washing her hands. She was heading back to the lunch she left sitting when I had inquired about the special earlier. I commended her on her hand washing and recommended the other staff be trained on this very basic food safety practice. Now reflecting I wonder if it was only because she was about to head back to the food she was eating when we arrived. Admittedly I haven't been here since moving to pueblo west, but when I worked up the road at Oscar's they were amazing. So again I ask,...

I’ve been going here for years. It seems the staff just doesn’t care anymore. I order quite often and every time I try to call now the phone is unavailable I fully believe it’s because they are intentionally not ringing up the phone leaving it unable to answer calls for hours at a time. (I go often enough to say I know when it’s happening) The Phillies use to be loaded with cheese and now it’s extremely dry to ask specifically for it to be made “how they use to” and when I say that it’s made correctly. the sandwiches are extremely little compared to before. Also use to get an entire bag of fries and I only get about 20% of the bag. I pay $15 every time I order for one Philly and fries and I never complained before for that price but this is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I rarely dine in anymore because it’s just not a very friendly atmosphere as before seems just want you to get your food and continue with their day I refrained for awhile making this review as this was one of my favorite places in all of Pueblo, extremely disappointed with how this place is turning out.. hoping my review is able to reach the right people that can change this. Truly miss the old service and quality of one of my favorite...
