It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Pueblo

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I'm in a hotel and can't go anywhere so I had to rely on a delivery service (DoorDash) to bring me the food. I ordered the four chicken tender combo (combo being the operant word) with a few extra sauces because chicken tenders are fairly big and one sauce usually isn't enough. I got the order about a half-hour later and upon opening I discovered that they did not include the fries, which is basically half the food. Also, the chicken tenders were so small that they're barely bigger than boneless wings. I called the restaurant and requested to speak with the manager but was hung up on. I called back and was eventually connected with him. The manager was dismissive and said it was a DoorDash issue, then told me that his employee said she put the fries in the box, essentially implying I was lying! Well, glad we got to the bottom of that! I've attached a picture of the order. I sure don't see any fries there, but what do I know? Hey, at least they gave me my extra sauce for those MASSIVE chicken tenders! /sarcasm

Being stuck in a hotel and not having eaten all day (it was about 2:30 PM at this point), I decided I'd eat the tiny, at-this-point-now-cold tenders. I took a bite and it was like chewing on rubber. So basically, I didn't get the one thing nearly impossible to screw up, my fries, and was left with four small pieces of chicken rubber. Gross. 08/2023 Okay, so we went to Chili's this afternoon. I am really shocked at the prices. Chili's used to be an affordable place to go

We can afford it just fine, but maybe I'm just frugal, but in the last couple of months, they increased their price by over $5 for one entree. Now their nickel and diming over an extra sauce

The red salsa used to taste fresh, and now it tastes and smells like throw up... to put it mildly

I was not happy to see a few tables weren't even wiped down (including ours), and the tables were sticky and booths dirty (including ours)

This will now be a hard pass for us from now on...

I understand it's Pueblo, so I'm expecting less than average service. However, for a take out only place they need to get their act together. 2 orders in and they have yet to get my order correct. It's wings from chilli's how can you screw this up habitually? On a side note the wings are tasty, but ranch only and getting my order 80% correct, 100% of the time will keep me away. This place consistently screws up my favorite comfort meal. Ordered again changed review to one...
