The waitress warned us upon arrival that they were short staffed. No problem! She was lovely and kind. The environment is okay, but was pretty darn cold for a restaurant. My problem was the food. The bread offered was stale and dry. We waited an hour for food, which again was fine, but I expected it to have a homemade/handmade feel, like the menu touts. The pasta texture and taste was awful. Absolutely no flavor, pasta was tough and too thick. The cheese filling in the ravioli was so dry it was crumbly. The sauce was also flavorless...no basil, garlic, anything. Honestly, the best thing was the plate of pickles and peppers.
