Very fast service and food were hot but the staff morale was low and it showed that staff is overwhelmed with the volume of customers compared to staff please give the staff the much-deserved respect they need and owners please be gracious with those much-needed raises your employees are the frontline and the abuse they suffer is at least worth $28 dollars per hour with up to 8 weeks vacation With unlimited sick time hours Bless the management also because these “Karens “ are everywhere and they want to see the manager so the headache is real then you got Billy Bob with no teeth saying his meal was cold but he only has three tries one bite of burger and two sips of Pepsi hollering I want my money back!!!! So in conclusion treat all staff at all restaurants as if it was your loved one working there and for god sake please pay your employees a livable wage and don't burnout Managers give them the time off they deserve 10 weeks with pay and two weeks at Disney all expenses paid for the 2 weeks with all expenses payed by owners read this and incorporate this into your business you will make your business thrive and your turnover rate will decrease and their productivity will increase and theft will go way down you will see very happy employees and very very happy managers...
Read moreI think McDonald's Spruce St. along Northern Ave. in Pueblo has the worst customer service of all the other McDonald's. Went there today to pick up a door dash order.They have drive thru and pick up at the window counter. When we arrived, we opted to just stand near the window counter and not at the drive thru because we thought it was faster. We waited for exactly 32 minutes before we got the order. We arrived at 10 pm and the staff handed the order at around10:32 pm! Everytime we ask the staff, he will say, "I'm sorry but we are still making it" After 15 minutes, another staff came to the window counter and asked us about the order. He checked it on the system but he couldn't find it. Only to find out that nobody was doing with the door dash pick up order because all the staff were busy making the orders of custimer at the drive thru. They were soon closing when they handed our order.
To the supervisor or manager at McDonald's located at Spruce St. along Northern Avenue, please improve your customer service. If the staff can't entertain the orders from the window counter then just shut it down and let everyone go and wait to the drive thru. As simple as that because all of the staff just prioritize the drive thru! Never again with this McDonald's...
Read moreMy fiancé and I stopped here, as we do often, because we live close by. Everything was fine until it came time to pay and he handed the young lady a $50 bill. From 1988. She took that bill, held it up to the light, and walked away. We sat waiting for around 15 minutes (while she peeked at us around the corner every so often). Finally, we became frustrated and honked the horn. The same girl walked over and opened the window. We asked if there was a problem and she told us they were just trying to “figure something out” and walked away again. We sat there for another 10-15 minutes before finally honking again (and honked some more because they wouldn’t open the window.) A different young lady came to the window this time and informed us they could not give us our money back because it is fake. I was absolutely furious. We had to call the Pueblo Police Department to come and get our money back from them. Surprise, surprise— our money was legit and they gave it back to us.
