My family and I did an order online of 5 subs. We of course go pick them up not checking them because they have everything ready to go when we get there. We get home, all the way in pueblo west and realize all the add ons we paid for we're not on the subs. Everyone continues to eat because we have 6 hungry people and proceed to call this subway. All we asked for initially was a refund for what we had paid for. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and said "We don't do that" ... not I'm sorry ..not how can we make this better... then she suggests I take the food away from everyone and drive back into pueblo to have them put the add ons on the same subs. We explain we are too far away and everyone is eating. We ask if she can't comp us a sub tomorrow. All we got now is a "NO". Ok I'm mad at how rude she is by this point and asked to speak to a manager. "She's not here. You'll have to call back tomorrow" she says in a very snarky tone. I asked her name and the managers name and the managers schedule. She gives it to me and practically hung up on me. Now I'm upset. I called back and said "Can I please have your district managers number?" She says "I don't have it" "you don't have it in the office?" "No" she says again in the same snarky tone as before. "Ok please have your manager call me asap. Here's my number" then she says... "yeah fine I'll have her call you" .... still no trying to fix this. Could have been super easy to fix this. I will never go to this subway again and hopefully Taylor can figure out how to deal with customers in the future.
UPDATE: I had to call the Manager because I never got a phone call. She offered to add those toppings "for free" if we buy more subs. Wait.... didn't I already pay for the add on? That doesn't...

Come to find out this location doesn’t even have a phone so you can’t even call and let them know something was incorrect with your order. So I had to drive down to the actual location to return the sandwich and I was told that the manager would call me back on Saturday due to the fact that he was off on Friday come Saturday no phone call Sunday I had to drive back to the same location to inquire why nobody gave me a call back due to the fact that this location does not have a phone. Finally get to speak to the manager 15 minutes after showing up and spend another 15 minutes while he was on the phone with his corporate manager my total bill, 24.00 after returning the food because it was made incorrectly. I was only refunded $16 and some change due to the fact that they sublet their delivery through DoorDash which I don’t believe has anything to do with me. I ordered on their website and whoever they sublet it out to is between them a sandwich was delivered that was incorrectly made and I was only refunded $16 and some change after paying 24 and some change. Had the sandwich not been made incorrectly I wouldn’t have had to drive down there two times due to the fact that they don’t have a working telephone so I’m not understanding.
