Absolutely terrible service. Placed a pick up order. The person answered identifying the Pueblo location, verified the last 4 digits of my phone number, completely spelled out my first and last name, and then placed my order. The person repeated the order and told me my total was approx. $22 and would be ready for pick up in 11 mins again verifying the Pueblo location. I arrived within the 11mins and the doors were closed so I knocked on the glass. Though I'm sure the girl cleaning the lobby saw me she didn't bother to alert anyone to me standing there in 12 degree weather. I called the exact same number I called to place the order, following the exact prompt to speak to someone at the location. The young man answered and I told him I was coming to pick up. He opened the door and proceeded to tell me how there was no order as we walked up to the counter together. He asked for my name and returned with who I assume was a member of management. She continued that there was no order. I explained to her that the person answered saying the Pueblo location. Rather than resolving the issue by ensuring there wasn't a mistake on their part, she chose to dispute with me that I may have dialed an option that directed me elsewhere. I showed her the call log on my phone with the time of order and time I came for pickup and yet she continued to dispute that I had not placed the order. I wasn't going to waste my time arguing about what I know took place. I have gluten sensitivity so was looking forward to eat a hearty meal since my options are limited when ordering takeout. This experience was extremely inconveniencing and highly upsetting. Definitely do not recommend...
Read moreAnother bad experience at the Noodles in Pueblo. Service has been declining here recently . Very unfortunate because we do like their food. Good customer service is not a priority there. Waited 40 minutes for food after ordering on line and driving 20 minutes to pick up only to find out that my order had been sitting there the whole time. Not one employee acknowledged me, or any other patron for that matter and there were many, for about 20 minutes after I came inside from waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes. While waiting, I watched 10-15 customers get tired of waiting to even be acknowledged to have their order taken so they left. I would have done the same if I had not already paid. After finally getting my order(cold by now), I drove home only to find out that I was missing half of it (my fault for not checking). Again, I live 20 minutes from the restaurant!!! My wife called and was told that they were slammed and would get the rest of our order when they could. I drove back to the restaurant, returned the order, and asked for a full refund of which I was given with no resistance or apology. Manager on duty could care less that I was unhappy with our experience. Would not even come to speak with me. She sent one of her minions instead. Every single patron that was there to pick up or order food was frustrated and upset. I was not the only one. Like I said, some just got tired of not being acknowledged and walked out. It was a disaster and a waste of 2 hours of my evening. It will be a long time, if ever, that I darken this restaurant’s door again!! Too bad because we were...
Read moreI go here several times a month and have never had an unpleasant experience until tonight. I arrived about 15 min to 9pm when they close.I was treated like a huge inconvenience and didn't get the usual "welcome to noodles and company!" as I walked in the door. I could see if it took a long time to prepare the food here but they usually get me my noodles in less than 5 min. so I didn't think it would be rude to arrive so close to the store closing. The guys in the kitchen seemed stressed and the whole environment seemed tense. The blonde who took my card practically ripped it out of my hand and threw it back at me. Then instead of the usual "Thank you" and being handed my food in a neatly closed bag, she sloppily held one corner of the open bag and swung it to me. I wouldn't have cared but I had soup and pasta in there. Pueblo has very few vegan options and I thought this was one place I could rely on for great food and friendly service but tonight I had neither. I'm not going to say I hate it because I usually get great service. Perhaps the blonde could be trained else where though she seemed more interested in closing down the store than helping the customers whom keep the store...
