I’ve eaten here many times over the past five years. The most important part of a resturant’s business should always be the food, and there are good options here, but they simply cost too much. There is for sure an imbalance of meat to vegetables to grains as well because the portions don’t line up. There is far too much chow mien or fried rice in comparison to the standard of two sides of meat options, that if one doesn’t get pure meat such as orange chicken, Beijing beef, or teriyaki chicken, then you’re missing out on meat with the price of the food.
The service feels hurried, which is usually the case when there’s a line standing out to the end of the dining place during lunchtime, but that’s no reason for employees to buckle under stress. All service should be smiles and optimism at this chain, because you’re serving decently priced food to hungry college students.
Im speculation, perhaps the staff isn’t getting paid enough? With that much business, the staff should be grateful that the restaurant is booming, and should be getting raises for good behavior.
What I dislike most about this restaurant is how the food makes me feel after eating it. I’m put in a sort of coma after eating so much oily food. It takes time for my liver to process it all. I don’t like the feeling of sluggishness, and if others don’t want that feeling until their next meal, they shouldn’t eat here. Go to pizza pipeline for a shorter line, or to subway for far...
Read moreWorst food I've tasted so far in USA over the last two years. It was so bitter that I could not taste anything like chicken while I was eating it. The bitterness in the bread (having cancer warning on them - franz) multiply that 5 times and you will get the bitterness level in this food. The vegetables were def not fresh at all and perhaps a day old - those were basically giving bitter taste and the noodles were so bad and bitter that I had to throw them. Some one please go check this place what they are cooking and giving students at WSU ! No wonder why cancer is so much spreading in USA, when we have foods like these under such renowned food chains ffs ! P.S I ordered honey chicken and thats what I had BITTER junk.
Their roll was so bad that I thought of going back to that place and complain on their face but I had work to do. The roll was burnt and was also bitter probably fried again or God knows what they do ??? Roll filling was not fresh at all. Even if they would have given me a fresh roll I could have given 2 star. But its no more than a star .. I wish there was an option of choosing no star. Plus I ordered online, went to the place after 15 minutes and still had to wait 15 more minutes.. whats the point of waiting when you order online when you are still getting...
Read more[FOR DOORDASH DRIVERS]
This is virtually the only restaurant (sometimes jimmy John’s) in town that does not pour drinks and expects drivers to pour the drinks. I tried explaining to the manager Sebastian that drivers are not allowed to process the food or drink in anyway and as a driver we’re only allowed to pick up and deliver the order and that it’s also a health code violation. He didn’t want to hear any of it and said he’s blocking me from picking up. I urge every driver to first look into this yourself and call DoorDash and you’ll find out you’re not supposed to fill the drink up and panda is supposed to. As a driver I wouldn’t say anything unless you also want them to block you but to refund the customer their drink and leave the cup on their counter and hopefully panda and the manager Sebastian will get the clue. I already reported them to DoorDash and in contact with corporate to get this fixed. DONT FILL THE DRINKS AS A DRIVER ITS A BREACH OF CONTRACT.
(They seemed to have fixed the problem and now...
