UPDATE 03: Their accessible parking does not meet code. It is not in compliance with ADA. In fact, on this building, they removed it in 2007 from the west side. This has been turned over to the City of Pullman. Two can play this game.
UPDATE 02: I talked to corporate. While these franchises are owned and operated, they have a corporate employee who interfaces with the owners. They can't speak for the owners but they can try to get call-backs, things of that nature. I did tell them that a person who gives extra contact info (me), at the request of the owner on Google Reviews, and then isn't contacted is left feeling vulnerable. They have my info but... for what? I left a negative review and they have additional contact info. What are they going to do? Am I safe? That's really cruddy customer service to do that to someone.
UPDATE 01: As you can see, the owner reached out and gave me a form to fill out with my name and contact info. I did this. I never heard back. I called the store on Dec. 6 and talked to Matt who was extremely apathetic. When I told him that this was trying to take of something that they had messed up on, nothing changed. So I said, "OK, I guess I'll just called corporate." He said "OK, have a good day" and then hung up on me. Nice.
ORIGINAL POST: Meh. I've now had THREE times in a row that have been bad. The last time, for some reason, I had to stop them because they tried to give me the wrong pizza, then argue with me when I told them. Yes, she said sorry. But I shouldn't have to go 10 rounds with someone because they're indignant about it. Glad I caught it before leaving the store with someone else's pizza.
Two times ago, I got mine home and realized that the toppings on mine were wrong. I wanted a cowboy and they gave me a murphy's combo. This was a problem due to one of the toppings specifically that two people in my house won't eat. You can think that's picky but we're the ones paying to have this made.
The last one was even sillier but my son didn't know when he picked it up. But instead of a family all-meat and a large Thai chicken, they did a family Thai chicken and large all-meat. It was like they saw the ticket and were moving to fast and just got them switched. It happens.
But after three times, it's not a mistake, it's a mentality. Further, when I called to talk to someone, they said they were busy and asked me to call back. Except, I had just got my pizza and realized the issue. So, what they're saying is that because I picked my meal up, I wasn't as important as another customer who hadn't. Like, why are we prioritizing? Why not prioritize getting the older order...
Read moreExtremely unhappy with this store. I pre-ordered my pizza at 11:43 am to have completed by 5 pm as my family had plans. Anytime in the past when ordering pizza it has always been ready for pick up on time. Not today, when my Daughter arrived, she was told they were "busier" than usual, which is fine. However, several customers arrived AFTER my Daughter, ordered at the counter and were served BEFORE her. Other people also came in with online orders and they prioritized them over my Daughter. I called and asked why my pizza was not ready and was told they don't make it too early because of rising, which I understand the obvious. However priority should be given in the order that requests and orders are made. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get one, because no one had the authority, so I told him I wanted the pizza and I was tired of waiting. My Daughter waited over half an hour for a pizza that was ordered over 5 hours in advance! He assured me it would be prioritized. Which it was. And it definitely looks like it, thrown together and crust not even stretched out properly. I'll make sure to go to the Moscow location from now on, they have always beenpoliteand timelyfor the 28 years, Ihavebeena customer. Clearly it upset them that I called because the clerk, Anna was extremely rude to...
Read moreComplete and utter incompetence! Ordered a pizza online at around 10:00 AM for pickup after I got off work at 5:00. Website makes it mandatory to enter an email address and a phone number, so they had my contact information. Stopped in after work to pick up my pizza. One other customer in the store. ZERO pizzas in the rack awaiting pick up. I'm here to pick up the online order I placed, I say. Yeah, um, we didn't have one of the ingredients you chose, he says. So, you didn't make my pizza, I ask. Yeah, we tried calling and left a message, he says. I beg to differ chief. My phone has been right beside me all day at work and it hasn't rang once and I have no voice messages. No response. I'd be less surprised if classes were in session and students were manning the store, but it's summer and they're all gone. I'm done! Won't be back!! Mediocre pizza is NOT worth putting up with this level of...
