Dunkin' — Restaurant in Putnam

One of the rudest employees working the window. She was mad at first when we ordered more than 2 drinks then got annoyed when we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Came to the window and she basically rolled her eyes and tossed our change into the car. We were missing one drink and had mentioned it and once again rolled her eyes and left us sitting there for about 5 minutes while there was an entire line of cars behind us. Didn't want to deal with her attitude about our sandwiches being wrong so we decided not to say anything. Some people shouldn't work...

TERRIBLE SERVICE! ask for hash Browns and they come in a full size bag... that's it. Not in a small bag then the regular bag with napkins... oh and if you like extra cream and sugar hope you don't like it mixed. You get a layer or sugar, layer of cream, so much ice you can't close the lid then a splash of coffee on top. You ask them to mix it and you'll find more joy at a funeral, and ask for a hot cup with an iced coffee and it's like asking for their first born child. All in all, terrible service, extremely slow, and the "management"...

All Dunkin's are slow. People are lazy and don't want to work. Can't believe I see a lot of Dunkin's drive thru only due to staffing yet they probably get $15 an hour wage which is excellent. I worked in CT at dunking for just under 2 years and I started at $8.25 per hour. I ended that job making $9.15 - the won I worked at didn't let us accept tips.
