McDonald's — Restaurant in Putnam

Got my son his 1st big mac. Hes 15.. we arnt big fast food people. NO MEAT. How do u give someone a "burger" with no meat. They took our name we went back today to get the big mac. ( hopefully with meat) manager was really nice. Grabbed a job app. For my son. My husband had ordered a burger and they still didnt give us the big mac. No biggie manager runs in makes a new one. Get home my husbands burger is RAW. Back I go.. ask for a manager and I get a girl who just walks away. 5 mins later heres a new burger. I want a manager.. karen i know. Guy from earlier comes up. I explain this is getting ridiculous. Explain I worked in food service I know that's not ok. According to him it happens now that they use fresh meat not frozen now. Tells me they temp their burgers.. lies. No way would it be that raw. Rolls his eyes. Got snippy with me. Ignored my request to write the owners name down. Told me he couldnt give me his name. Or number. Number ok, understandable. Told me his whole crew was 15..... then he had a new crew since we had been in.. I pointed at 2 kids I saw 30 mins ago. Oh theres a new grill crew he tells me.. lies. No gloves, kids falling over each other. Complete chaos. Wont be going back. Especially after finding out the owner has been cited multiple times for health code...

Every single time I go...weather inside or through drive threw...my order is wrong. I have not been in over a month. Tonight my son and I went through drive threw. Well, naturally, they did not use ky screen to show what I was ordering or the cost. Get to the window pay, pull up to next window..wrong order as always. Had I been able to see what I'm ordering I would have known it was wrong. We just took the food and left. I gave my son my fries and coke since I really don't care about eating their food anyway...basically I was getting rid of old gift cards and figured it was 2 of us instead of 3 so tonight would be a good night to use them. Well, I thought wrong. I won't be going back to any McDonald's for a very long time. I'm glad my boys are older teens now so they really don't care anymore either way. We will stick to Wendy's, burger king and even sonic is only a mere 20 mins away I Smithfield, RI now! Sad to say is we know and respect some of the kids who work here too. The girl who took the money and order was so nice I almost did not write this post. The girl at the serving window was going to make it right but I'm just fed up with it always...

So every once in a while it gets to almost 2am, and immediately you begin to think, oh yeah munchies, time for some McDs right? Usually the co. Policy for lunch and dinner times is any time after 1030am and until 3 am, and some locations even offer brakfast items all day, however they stop serving lunch in dinner at 3am and begin breakfast. Now I'm not griping because the food often has a tendency to end up as reclaimed fecal fluid, but more importantly, I'm griping because it was about 225 am and I was told I couldn't order lunch or dinner products because they only had breakfast. You can imagine how annoyed I was. I'm sorry McDonald's the breakfast just isn't that good, and if you're going to only serve certain items at certain times, please continue to do so and not allow disgruntled employees to change the hours of operation and distribution at their pleasure and Will. We all get it, working at McD's sucks, but with a little effort from everyone we can make everything suck just a...
