Subway — Restaurant in Puyallup

Something is wrong here. I don't want to be that guy, but I have to be. Take your money up the hill to the other subway. Observation: Someone in management is telling staff to short customers on toppings. This is the 3rd time now in just a few weeks.

Yes, I am accusing this location of stealing from customers.

My kids sandwich the last 3 times.. 2 slices of ham, slice of cheese... Go up the hill, and you can get the normal amount of meat and cheese on a 6-inch sandwich. I had to micromanage my sandwich.. I shouldn't have to... (This was per the other locations instructions)

We asked for a pretzel and cheese the last 3 times. 1st. the pretzels were behind her on the counter. No cheese. 2nd: The pretzels were in the cabinet. She couldn't find them... Couldn't find the honeymustard. 3rd: She didn't know that they even had pretzels... So, I ordered a sandwich for my kid... 1 and a half slices of ham... slice of cheese, nearly 8 bucks.. Skipped out on my sandwich, I am ordering from Jersey Mike's.

I hate to say this, either this store is cheap or the staff is not trained. 8 months ago, you guys were our spot. Now we drive up the hill, and we live next door... (walking distance)... Go spend your money elsewhere, this staff shorts you on toppings. The other subways fill you up.

WHY IN GODS NAME ARE YOU EXPENSIVE FOR LESS FOOD THAN THE OTHER SUBWAYS??? I get a full sandwich up the hill. I get bread with some toppings at this location. Does the staff not know how to operate the register?...... Someone, somewhere, doesn't care. They're either being told to cut corners or they're being cheap.

If your sandwiches are anemic compared to other subways... and the bill higher? Someone is doing something wrong. Either the owner or management are to blame.

Worker seemed bothered that we came in. Food was okay but she obviously didn’t want to work.

I asked about hiring sign since my son is looking for a job and she said to text the number on the sign. He did but the link it texted back isn’t working. I called this location to ask about it and the person said that she didn’t know and to try again later then just hung up before I had a chance to ask when the manager would be in. I tried calling back but they chose not to answer. They obviously need good, hard workers like my son, but it seems like a toxic work environment. I guess they’ll get what...

The lady that made my sandwich could hardly speak English and was very rude and treated my sandwich terrible. Also she asked what I wanted 4 times then asked what number it was and then turned around to face away and then asked me again what I wanted. She could have been having a bad day but as I was walking out she started laughing and cracking jokes with her coworker. Also the portion sizes are awful here I asked for spinach and she put like 4 leaves on my 12’ sandwich I had to ask for more and that pissed her off and she smashed the sandwich down...
