If you just want your pizza and go, then this is the place for you. If you plan to sit and enjoy your meal, you may have some concerns around the level of quality service. Upon 1st entering, there are 2 lines. One for carryout and one for dine in. My family and I get in the dine in line and await service. We stand there for about 2 minutes when one of the servers approaches and instructs us to go to the carryout line to order. No problem, we proceed and continue to wait to order. Then another customer goes to dine in line, and the same server begins to take their order. Okay, we shrug it off and continue to wait to order. We get to the register to order, and the cashier is very short with us as we ask questions about menu items, like do you have a children's pizza or a small individual pizza. The server points at the menu and shakes their head no. Okay, we shrug that off as well. So we place our order and find a seat. As we wait, we set up our table in preparation for the food to arrive. There is this buffet stand with silverware, lids, and clamshells for take-home items. Then there is a plastic bag of a few napkins. I was able to get exactly 3 napkins for my family and inquired about more napkins. The napkins never came. We had to ask another customer who was dining in to borrow the ketchup for our fries. Then, another customer asked us to borrow the ketchup after we finished with it. All in all, the food is really good, but the service needs some serious...
Read moreI ordered from this location last weekend for the first time ever and will never go back!! I ordered a large cheese pizza with pepperoni and while biting into the pizza a felt something hard which cracked in between my teeth. I have attached photos of what I later confirmed through the employees the next day at the restaurant was a mussel shell. I asked to speak with the manager and they provided his cell phone. One of the employees showed me a mussel shell and pointed that is what I also had in my pizza. I tried calling the manager a few times and he just kept picking the phone up and hanging up on me. I tried texting and he is yet to respond. I also left their corporate office in Annapolis a message about this and no one has returned my phone call for the last few days. The shell I cracked in my mouth was very hard and sharp and luckily I did not swallow it as it would have potentially cut my throat etc. My teeth have hurt for a few days and I will most likely be paying my dentist a visit to make sure that I didn't damage any of my molars. I ended up throwing the majority of the pizza in the trash.
Update: I received a call from the manager today (2/24/23) who was very apologetic and is going to refund my meal and give me a gift card for a future purchase. I am pleased that she took the time to reach out to me, was apologetic and the fact that she seemed sincere about...
Read moreI dropped by today to ask if I could have a plastic fork since I had brought my breakfast to work with me but forgot my fork. I asked very nicely and politely for a plastic fork. The lady behind the counter said "are you eating here" nd I said "no" She then says "well we need 50 cents" and pointed to the tip bucket. She then says "I mean this is a business so we need something" very rude and condescending. I understand that this is a business and you can't give things away. A simple "im sorry but there is a charge for plastic ware" would've been fine. I said ok, well I don't have any change so you can charge my card. This is the second te the workers have been ride toe there. I was planning on coming back to eat lunch later this afternoon, but I think it's safe to say that I will never visit you all again and buy anything. Also to the lady that said "this is a business" should know and understand that if you were this rude to me over a plastic fork then im sure you have been ride to others and "in business" you don't treat potential, past or future colustomers that way if you plan on staying...
