COACH Outlet — Local services in Queenstown

Will never come back to this store ever again. I’ve shopped at many coach stores and have never been treated as poorly as I was at this location. The older white lady with gray hair greeted me at the door and I politely stated I was just looking. She proceeded to follow me around the entire store in too close of a proximity. I picked up a wallet I liked, she then decided she needed to “fix” the wallets in that section less than a foot away, to the point she was almost touching me. I shook my head and decided to test my theory of being followed by going to the other side of the store. The second I walked away she was done “fixing” them. As I was continuing to browse, another employee stated “watch her” to a male employee as I walked by them. I had enough at that point. Feeling disgusted and humiliated, I left shaking my head stating how ridiculous this store is. I’ve already told friends and family to never buy anything from this location. The workers are extremely racist. I walked into the store and the woman who is supposed to be greeting people at the entrance said nothing. She then very happily greeted the white patrons. I then was in the store for about 7 minutes before I had to ask for help. It seemed like only one of the workers enjoyed dealing with black customers or at least acted like it. Even the so called black man working there acted like he didn’t see me. I am also going to report this store to corporate. Image in the amount of money I spend with Coach and the trash treatment received in the store....

I called and asked for a certain bag if they had it the sales lady said yes and I asked her to hold it and I would come and purchase it. I drove 3 1/5 hrs round trip there and no bag. This lady I spoke with has no business in being in that type of work. I explained to her the color and type of bag with the name and design. She said yeah we have that. I can’t believe that she was that ignorant and stupid that had a customer drive that far. I would have gave her a Zero. Never...
