I stopped by to grab a coffee and was surprised to find three children loudly running around, one of which was standing on a table and walking/climbing on the ledge. After ordering, I needed to use the restroom, but had to weave through the children blocking the hallway and the multitude of toys scattered all over the floor. At one point, they were chasing each other through the coffee shop and one face-planted, resulting in screaming and crying. No parent/guardian was paying attention until the child got hurt and only then did someone (I can only assume a parent/guardian) come out from behind the counter. The coffee shop is large and nicely decorated. There are plants EVERYWHERE - which I loved. Plenty of seating.
Service was quick. We came close to close. Coffee was just OK. Not sure we...
