Read moreThe ring my husband purchased for me is lovely but my experience has been mixed. I have had the ring for less than 1.5 years with 6 months of the ring being out for repair. The issues were lost stones and then it being returned with stones not matching in color. I did not receive updates unless I called and then I would receive exactly the same response regardless of the length of time passed. In the end, I called headquarters and spoke to customer service there. After another month the ring has now been repaired and returned. They took the damaged ring and told us a new one would be on the way I called weekly for the past two months and they gaslit the hell out of me and my husband saying the ring was being made blah blah and they had no completion date. finally I had enough and called the corporate customer service line and they could find no order for replacement on his ring.
