I am a lover of southern bbq and I will say black creeks bbq is not the best. There mac and cheese is watered down, as if they got some cheese and mixed it with water and threw in some noodles. I expected like a baked gooey mac and cheese but it's lacking flavor and texture. I got their chicken thighs 2 times, the 2nd time I wanted to give it another chance. First time it was cold and dry, 2nd time also cold, dry and burnt. Then I got their burnt ends. I always get there burnt ends because the flavor is good, but the meat is not soft or like melt in your mouth. its a bit tough, but the bbq flavor of the burnt ends is good. Customer service is alright depending on the person. I am giving them a 4 stars because I KNOW they have potential to being really good, but definitely they need to change some of their recipes up especially for the mac and cheese and some of the meats and get a food warmer. I hope to come back soon and see some...

The chicken was cold, and cubed rather than pulled. Was greeted with a bone in one of my bites. All for an overpriced 16 dollars. Additionally, the service was very sub par with the cashier forgetting to put my order in and not being very responsive / kind...
