The egg, avacodo, and tomato were delicious. The bagel tasted like a Thomases bagel, nothing fancy. The tea was delicious and it came in a super cute mug!!! I loved the fresh carnations on the tables, and the wide view of the city through the bay windows. They do have at least one high chair. It was quite loud, and, this may be odd to say, but one of the servers came very close when talking to me which makes me anxious. I don’t like people in my person space or touching me without asking (I was afraid she’d put a hand on my shoulder or something , and I have EDS and my shoulders sublux easily so I flinched and now my left shoulder now hurts from tensing). I think she was just trying to be friendly, as she clearly had great rapport with some of the customers who came in, but I like more personal space and zero risk of touch from strangers. I also was sad that you can order a meal and eat but there are no bathrooms and the door is super heavy to open. Also, the lock for the door is right near the handle, and the door closes very quickly, so I slammed my fingers on the lock when I had to use both hands to push the door open. I wouldn’t likely come back due to those reasons (esp the lack of bathroom). Not a place to work from, but friendly for sure, and decent food.

I ordered a chicken pesto panini with extra chicken for takeout. After getting back to my car I opened the sandwich up to notice there were literally only 3 small peices of chicken on each side. I called and asked if there was a mistake and the lady who answered the phone said she watched the cook make the sandwich and he put extra chicken on it. I said "wow well, if I got it without extra chicken there must be only one or two small pieces of chicken on there huh?" And she replied "possibly". I ended up calling back and asking to speak to a manager and the manager asked the cook if he put extra chicken on my sandwich and he said that he did not. The manager apologized and said to come back in for a refund so, I did. The manager handed me $2.00 I was expecting to have my whole sandwich refunded for the inconvenience of driving all the way back. She also did not seem sorry, all she did was hand me the money.

Came here for lunch on a Thursday between some work meetings in Quincy. I had read good things online so I decided to give it a try. It's a cute cafe with a counter where you order and a chalkboard menu to order off of. You will find many options for Italian-inspired sandwiches plus homemade baked goods. For my first time at the Italian deli, I had to order the Italian sandwich, which comes with Italian meats, cheeses, pickles, tomatoes, and jalapeños on ciabatta bread. Look at the picture. LOOK AT THAT CROSS SECTION. If that doesn't make your mouth water than you need to get your salivary glands checked! The bread was fresh, the meat was delicious and all the veggies provided a great textural contrast to the whole thing. I can't wait to come back and try one of the other sandwiches.

YOU nailed it! Wow, I have had 2 experiences with Cucina Mia Cafe & Deli and they were both awesome!!! My 1st was looking for an Italian Style Deli and saw exactly what I was looking for in the Muffuletta. When I picked it up, it was busy yet they took time to thank me and I took note of their kindness. The sandwich was amazing, warmed ciabatta bread with delicious Italian cold-cuts with an olive paste - I ate 1/3 and brought the rest home to my husband (both fans)! In the back of my mind I was thinking their food might be great for an office event. Yesterday I decided today was the day and called in an order. John, the owner answered my call and was super helpful with my order making suggestions, etc. I was even more impressed as they were able to deliver my order too. I ordered 2 Sicilian pizza trays, 2 salads and a tray of their double chocolate brownies. This morning I had a mini-panic as I was expecting 15 people and learned there were going to be around 20. I called back and spoke with Beth, co-owner who was also gracious, kind and helpful. Beth assured me we'd be fine and to trust her. Both John and Beth were right, not only did we have enough food, everyone truly enjoyed the pizza, salads and brownies. They liked the variety of the pizza veggie vs. meat with the meat lovers winning out (surprised me). The pizza really was delicious and I liked how they cut them in smaller pieces, salads were so great (greek and caesar) and the brownies were warm...seemed like they were baked this morning! Will be sure to be back soon for sandwich platters, can't wait to try and share. Thanks again for your wonderful service, your ongoing commitment to quality and satisfying...

My sandwich was cold and the bread was soggy. I had ordered it online and went there right after to pickup . I waited in line for around 10 minutes. There where 2 cashiers, one was helping the person infront of me while the second cashier was just hovering around the kitchen area, and she could see that I was waiting for a while but decided not to help me. After sometime, another person walked in who stood next to me. She decided to help him first instead and ingnored the fact that we were standing there for sometime. I had to call out that I was waiting forever, that’s when she gave me my sandwich which was sitting right next to the cash register the whole time.

The sandwich was cold since it was there forever while I was waiting. The food was soggy and the environment was uninviting. I would go here only if you have no other option for lunch but if you have around $15ish to spend in a sandwich you are better off going somewhere instead of dealing with a...
