Victoria is always warm and inviting. She took her time when getting to know me to trial different styles until we found the correct style that fit my face and eyes. Now I am in loveeee repeat customer!! Can’t say enough 💕

Update -2/2025 the first photo is in the early 2024 then I show the photos from my first new set 2025 where they were falling off in clumps then the blunt cut lashes .

Victoria is nice however when feedback is given for something being maybe a little different from before she gives push back I didn’t go for a few months to let my lashes recover. When I went back I got the same set I always do and noticed they looked very different they stuck together immediately and where impossible to brush in one week they fell of in drastic clumps so I went back for a 1 week refill I didn’t say anything about them being different because I knew she would get defensive and I didn’t not want to go back and forth. She refilled them slightly different this time. They still had these odd gaps they never did. I went to a new place to have them removed and they shared the attached video prior to me going a couple other ppl I know who go to Vicky said they also felt their natural lashes where being cut. I had seen vicky for the past 10 years for eyelash extensions but the last experience I had with her was less than professional. For the last 10 years the lash retention had always been 2.5-3 weeks until I’d need a refill. More recently I noticed the last two times I used her extensions that they lasted one week or less. I always get them for vacation and I noticed the last two times that every lash fell out in big clusters before my one week vacation was over. I kindly messaged vicky asking what went wrong so we can prevent it from happening again and she became very defensive and impolite. I had a friend who had the same issue that month and reached out to her and got a kinder response so I left it alone and figured I’d try again when I need the lashes next. So today I reached out and she was even more unkind and threatened to post my lashes on her page and ask her followers if they think my lashes were clusters. So due to lack of retention, unkindness and unprofessionalism after 10 years of doing business with Vicky I would not come back again. She does great work but if you’re looking for lashes that will last you at least your whole one week vacation and a kind professional business woman who’s open to conversation about dissatisfaction then I would recommend to...

I had a terrible experience with my eyelash extensions. The technician used the wrong glue, which caused my lashes to stick together, and then she had to cut them to fix the issue. CUT my natural lashes!! It was also very painful so I knew something wasn’t right. The whole experience was frustrating, and the result was nothing like what I expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to a new lash tech today and the whole salon couldn’t believe my extensions. It took them forever to get off the poorly installed extensions because of the glue, they said they’ve never seen glue or extensions like this. They compared the glue to super glue! They were shocked to see that my natural eyelashes have been cut.

Update3/6: Victoria is now saying I haven't been a client but I attached proof of my appointments. My last appointment was 2/11 and for my last fill, I went to a new tech and that's how I found out she was using very harsh glue and cutting my lashes when the glue was stuck. Victoria also commented saying this hasn't happened before but I see another review with a very similar experience (cutting our lashes).
