McDonald's — Restaurant in Quincy

Stole from me! What a rip off! I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget and a large water. The sign showed they charged for a tea. I asked her to please chance it to water and the gal got snippy with me. Said that's what she did, but she didn't. I got to the payment window and that gal was nice but explained I was rung up for a tea with special instructions because they charge for water now. Well, my bill was nearly $5, for 4 chicken nuggets and a water?! The payment t window gal told me to ask the manager who would be at the next window. I was handed a water and the nuggets, and when I asked if they charge for water now, the gal at that window was really gruff and scolded at me, "Yeah! We charge for water now!" Sheesh! I drove away, and realized I had not been given a recipt. So yeah, some sort of small theft ring going on there! A dollar or two from each customer must add up nicely! Stay away from this corrupt location!

Worst customer service ever. Had a mobile order and it was not allowing me to check in. The app then tells me to go inside to a crew member and provide a code for assistance. Upon doing so I was asked to wait to see if my order would be one of the five in queue. After waiting for several minutes I again returned to the counter to ask of my status and was then helped by a very rude manager who said she had no way of typing in the code I was provided by McDonald's to locate my order. I was then told she did not know what to tell me . . . Very comforting coming from someone managing a business . . . Needless to say I took it upon myself not only to resolve my issue as a customer (which i will not be to this location again) but I had to do her job as well to resolve HER CUSTOMERS ISSUE. Anyways i received my food and thankfully it was much better than the managers attitude to say...

We have 3 of them in town! Way to go McDonalds for your contribution to making Adams County #1 on the obisiety list. I try not to go there if I don't have too and when I do I order a chicken sandwich. We've been to them all, we have children. The one out by Walmart is the best, clean and consistant, however it doesn't have the play place. We go there the most because it's dependable. The one closest to the mall is horrible. There is always a wait and by wait I mean 15-20 minutes. Drive through is no better. I've had half made sandwiches and wrong orders mutliple times. Even with the play place we stopped going there. The only positive I can say is that their lunch staff is has been the same for 6 years or better. The 12th Street one is still ok, but they are sometimes slow too. It's cheap and fast...but there are better quality burgers and service for about the same...
