Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Quincy

I'm not huge on leaving bad reviews but I was very taken back by the experience we had last night. We made an order online.we paid online. It went through our bank account twice. But when we got to the store they said no payment was made. I showed them our account where it actually came out twice and the manager said there was nothing she could do. I told her since they took it out twice we no longer had the amount needed for the order. I told her I had 40 in cash and asked if she could Comp the rest ($19) seeing as how it is a weekend and no way to resolve the issue until beginning of week when the banks reopen (And it wasn't our fault! She could clearly see it came out on our end! TWICE!) She could not do that because of making labor too high and what not. I told her i was just trying to feed my family and she continued to deny that she was able to Comp anything as it was not their error and they have nothing to do with the online billing. I just wish she would have been more considerate especially seeing there was nothing we could do. We wanted to pay for our meal. And at this point now we have paid for it 3 times!!! We stopped in tonight to grab dinner the place only had a few other family's there so not to busy we were greeted sat and got our drinks about 15 minutes later our order was taken, we was sitting there for an hour and our food still had not been brought to us there was only 1 waitress on a Friday night!! After sitting there for an hour my fiance had went to counter to see what was taking so long and come to find out the waitress did not submit the order!! My fiance had to be to work at 9 and it was already almost 8 oclock we wouldnt even have time to enjoy our food by the time we wouldve gotten it! This restaurant is very disorganized and not our first bad experience with this restaurant it was the same way a couple weeks before not to busy but was still told it would be an hour wait on food I would say management needs to get it together especially on a Friday night and get some help in there, I'm not completely blaming the waitress she was very nice but get the girl some help in there so she s not so overwhelmed and trying to hurry because that's when mistakes happen the most! Wow! What an experience! We dined in, right after the Lunch Buffet. So, we weren't even sure it this business was open. Only a few cars in the parking lot, we didn't see any lights until we got closer. We decided to go ahead and try it because we don't have a Pizza Hut back home. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door. The dining room was open so we could pick anywhere to sit. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, along with a Large Pizza, and a online bundle box with the personal pan pizza and 4 boneless chicken wings/chunks. Oh, a Garlic Pizza Bread too. Our waitress was super friendly, funny and just gave us a 10 ☆ service. Our drinks never went dry. She checked on us a few times. 45 minutes from walking in and walking out. Not bad timing at all. Everything was fresh and delicious! Such a wonderful time! The facility was clean, the restrooms were clean and well stocked. This is probably one of our favorite pizza places in Quincy, all employees were all smiles and friendly. Thank you for making our dining...
