We were in the area from out of town on business and decided to stop in and grab something quick before the 3 hour drive home. The kids were tired and hungry. We pulled in to this McDonalds and immediately realized we were making a mistake. The person taking the order was not friendly or professional. She acted as if she did not want to be there and we was bothered for pulling in and ordering. We placed our order and was asked if the screen was correct. I checked it over and it was correct. We pulled to the first window and paid and then pulled forward. There were no cars in line. We got our drinks and McFlurry. Approx 10 minutes later we were asked to repeat our order again. After confirming a second time we waiting for a few more minutes before a 3rd person asked us to pull forward so we pulled around. No reason for why we were pulling up. During this time I witnessed 6 orders get placed and picked up. Keep in mind we only order 4 burgers and 2 fries. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes a lady appeared with a bag. She asked for me to repeat my order for a 3rd time before handing me the bag with 2 missing burgers. She went back in to get the missing food and returned a few minutes later. You would think this would be the end of this bad experience but it gets better. We pull off to begin the 3 hour drive home and after the kids got their food my wife opened hers. So about 4-5 miles down the road my wife says her burger doesn’t taste right so she turns on a light only to find the burgers were raw and cool in the middle. We grabbed the burgers my daughters were eating and they were raw as well. They were over half eaten at this point. It was late and I didn’t want to go back after the horrible experience we had so we stopped at another place for food. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK!! Read moreStaff not friendly. Talk about lack of good customer service! First of all, this McDonalds is CONSTANTLY out of EVERYTHING!! Never have ice cream, always out of every soft drink, and tonight they didn’t even have fries! I have been told that this is due to the management not properly ordering what is needed, not ordering at all, or not ordering nearly enough. Worst part about it? If you place a mobile order, they are NOT willing to give you any refunds on anything out of stock. If you don’t want people ordering out of stock items, they should be marked out of stock on the app accordingly. The employees always have an attitude and tell you that you’re just out of luck. They are not willing to refund you or compensate you with other food if what you ordered is out of stock. Bad customer service, and I will NOT give this location another dime of my money until they hire better staff with better service. It’s always a problem any time I order from here. Read moreAll I wanted to order was a coffee. First off, the woman at the speaker seemed very unamused and it took longer than necessary for her to ring up my order. Then, AFTER I already paid, the woman at the window told me their “heater was broken” and proceeded to hand me my coffee cold without offering an alternative item on the menu, such as an iced coffee. I have never heard of hot coffee pouring cold and needing to be warmed, coffee is brewed hot and when it gets cold it should be brewed again. Not only that, the lid wasn’t on tight enough and I spilt it in my car. Had it been hot, I would’ve burned myself. The girl offered me napkins but no apology whatsoever. And to top it off, there were chunks of cream inside. The same employee told me their McDonalds had nothing that worked. I do not blame her but blame this location for not training their employees properly. I had to go to a local gas station to heat it up.
