Inexcusable lack of concern for customers' health and enjoyment. There is no organized table seating. It is a free for all. Customers need to find their own table, but there is no queue. It's whoever gets to it first. Therefore in a busy night, people hover over potential tables and wait for the table to vacate. This rushes the customers who just ate. However, worse is that it forces us to sit at filthy tables. You have the prior tables discarded mess all over the table you are now sitting at. Terribly unsanitary! Our waiter needed to be told to clean our table instead of just asking for our orders. He did so with one wet rag smearing the wet debris from the previous guests all about our table. Ironically, they do not accept cash because of covid. Sit at our filthy tables if you are unlucky enough to have elbowed your way to one. If they are that uncaring with what the customer sees, I can't imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Outrageously expensive for this treatment. As an example, $12 for a side of french fries. Read moreIf you put a bar next to a pool at a beach resort, you've already won half the battle—and Margaritaville knows it. The vibe? Impeccable. The soundtrack? Perpetually Jimmy Buffett. The food? Exactly what you’d expect if you've been to any Margaritaville: familiar, comforting, and zero culinary surprises. We had the chicken quesadillas, chicken sandwich, and fried plantains—no complaints, no standing ovations.

Fun Fact: Did you know the first Margaritaville Café opened in Key West in 1987 and now there are over 30 locations worldwide—including one in an actual volcano in the Dominican Republic? Turns out, paradise is...
Read moreI ordered fries after trying my sisters which were heavily seasoned. She said you didn't have to ask for it bc they came with it. Off the bat it took them forever to come to me and ask what i would like but that wasnt what bothered me. When i finally got the fries i didnt taste or see the seasoning so i went back and asked for it. The guy said it comes on it and i said okay. I compared my sisters and mine and went back down bc there was no seasoning like i said. When i asked for some the guy gave me a stank look and to be petty and funny he put a little bit of the seasoning on it. They were closing so he knew he could get away with it. Wish i never gave them a tip smh. $15 on fries gone to waste. This is why i dont think tips are mandatory bc you never know what service youre going to...
