I have never been so disappointed with an establishment, ordered online and within seconds received a text that the pizza was on the way, I new it must have been a mistake so patiently waited for my order. It was supposed to be delivered within 25-35 mins ordered at 5:30pm, it was now 7:30pm and still no pizza. We tipped the 18% recommended in the app to ensured they knew they were getting tipped. I called the establishment at 7:30pm and and was told the pizza was left at my porch as I asked for “no contactless” and they ring the bell. There was no bell rang and in the app it was still saying it was on the way hence we didn't think it was delivered. The pizza was on the porch and no breadsticks on sight. When I call again the girl suggested a credit and I suggested a refund of the non delivered item. The girl yelled at someone and put me on hold, when she came back to the phone and noticed I was still there she asked what should she do. I heard a male voice telling her to hang up on me. Up until that point I was respectful and calm, stuff happens, but my husband will no take disrespect to me kindly from no one, he called back and asked the girl why they hanged up on me, obviously they lied, but then they told my husband that only the GM can do refunds. To what my husband just return the request for me to hang up on them as they did to me. All I have to say is that I hope they enjoy the food they get from steeling hard earn money from their customers and I hope each and everyone one of them have the day they deserved. Read moreSo to add to this yet again, i ordered online and my pizza yet again was not once but twice incorrect. When I talked to the manager I asked to have cash money I paid with to be refunded with a new pizza I was told he cant do that. In my opinion I believe a good customer gesture goes a long way with a multi million dollar company... all I was told is to wait another 45 minutes and one will be brought out yet again. They said they apologize and they are training a new cook. I worked there before and honestly I don't think it is not that hard of a job! I highly recommend a new thural manager to be on it to check orders before they leave the store along with drivers should be doing the same when online food is ordered. The Pizza Hut store in Racine, WI on Douglas Ave is doing a very poor job and needs to be re-staffed with more motivated, attention to detailed employees. Hire people who actually care about customers and will go above and beyond to making sure each product that goes out the door is correct and the loss of product, materials, and time is brought to a very low minimum.
I've ordered online and get my delivery and it'll be incorrect. It's happen to me twice in a row. They DO NOT check each others work before the order leaves their doors. Sorry to say I have no trust in Pizza...
Read moreI understand food service is not the easiest of jobs, but at least half the time I order from this particular restaurant, something is wrong , missing or they are ridiculously late. I continue to order (at my own dismay) from this locating because it is less than a mile from my house. So when I make an order an hour and a half in advance, am told my order in a on the way 15 minutes before delivery time, and I'm still waiting over 30 minutes later, that's unacceptable. I called the restaurant to see where my order is, that has now been sitting in a delivery vehicle for over 30 minutes, they just say, " my bad, just give him another 15 minutes, he'll be there" and now my food has been delivered definitely not fresh or remotely warm. I understand a mess up here or there, but over half the time!?! And then not even to offer any sort of compensation ever? Took almost 45 minutes from the time I was notified my order was out for delivery to get to my home, which is only a 4 minute drive in reality. I have been a life long pizza hut lover, but Domino's (that is just a couple more miles away) is sounding better and better every time!
