Placed an online order in which I was redirected as my card was “invalid or expired” When it was literally issued to me less than a month ago, but they proceeded to take the money out of my bank account called them and pressed 2 to “confirm or have questions on the order” and none of their employees answered their phone let alone even had them plugged in. It was during business hours only went to the prompts and never rang after. once I follow the prompts couldn’t even get a hold of anyone at all had to drive there to get the food I paid for. Hours stated open until 9 placed my order at 8 get there at 8:26 and they are closed???!!! Had I not checked my bank and email they would’ve gotten away with my money and looks like they did. There goes $25+. VERY DISPLEASED WITH ONLINE ORDERING WEBSITE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also reflect your business hours to show accuracy and don’t take peoples money if you are not open. Why did the website not prompt for a later order date or time. Highly unacceptable. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The online ordering website does not even include all of the toppings and cheeses that they have if you go to the physical store not sure if it reflects in accurate inventory and all the cheese except provolone or pepper jack was out of stock or if they just don’t update...

If he had ordered it as a regular sandwich on flatbread the portions would have been atleast double the amount. My other friend ordered a meatball sandwich with chicken added, well they forgot the meatball part. The whole time the two guys looked clueless and had headphones in (could probably barely hear us). And I don’t know if it’s new but the first area was covered so you couldn’t see them prepare the food, and I feel if we could have seen maybe the no meatballs could have been fixed. When we came in, employee was still setting up the line. Didn't have the toaster on either so we had to wait for that. Didn't acknowledge us at all the entire time. The other 2 employees we saw didn't acknowledge us either. Nothing along the lines of "I'm sorry you're my first customer today I'm still getting set up it'll be a bit" After waiting for the toaster to heat up, my sandwich was still cold and he wrapped it up anyways.
