Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Racine

Management, STEP UP!!!!!!! set up something!!!!! They NEED someone to set up the "social distance line" or something. My wife and I sat in what we thought was the line for about 10 minutes while our two boys waited in the car. We noticed two groups of people show up and stand outside the gated area, far from where we were behind the 4th person in line.... awhile later a customer began to tell us that we were not in the line, its back where the people that just showed up are at. HOW do you open, post sings about No eating here, Social Distancing required, but NOT set up any type of line layout to get the food???..... Everywhere else has X marks every 6 feet, Something. We left because I was NOT going to go behind the 4 people that showed up after us, we already waited that long and that tested my patience, a lot. ...

Have had several bad experiences with customer service over the years but today was by far the worst. I ordered two blizzards with a chocolate ice cream base and received one chocolate and one vanilla. I asked what the vanilla was supposed to be and the disrespectful kid said it was rocky road. I said that rocky road is made with chocolate, he said no it’s not. I asked do I need to take a picture of what’s on your menu and he had the audacity to say yes. I said I’ll call tomorrow and talk to a manager, he said there was one there. The manager apologized and said he would personally remake it. He didn’t seem to understand how disrespectful it was for the kid to make me take a picture. Not to mention I feel anyone who works at an ice cream place should know that rocky road is made...

Very disappointed with lack of service tonight! One nice young man was only person up front working a large order b4 me. 3 females hanging out between food prep & supply area chatting & on cell phones.I finally asked him if he was only person working since only one window was open. I told him "there are over 12 people out here in the cold & damp!! The owner will be contacted." All of a sudden there were 4 people working & 2 windows open?? This definitely isn't the first time this has happened but it is the first time I am expressing my disappointment. The young man tried defending the 3 female. I said "NO!
