I found the lettuce was almost gone in the tray and what was there wasn’t that appealing. I had a turkey sandwich with the thinnest turkey i’ve ever seen. The bread when it was toasted was hard. The person behind the counter looked like she didn’t want to be bothered. When i walked in there were no customers and one did come in as i was leaving. That sandwich went into the garbage when i got home. A total waste of money. If you want customers especially ones that are happy with their food do better. I am beyond frustrated with this location. They never acknowledge requests, and the quality of their food is consistently disappointing and skimp on toppings even when you ask for extra. I've ordered a couple times, and each time, something is missing — and it's always something simple! How do you miss an item when the order is just a sub and chips? I usually get referred to the Lathrop location through DoorDash, but today it sent me to this nightmare of a place. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I honestly would have never went here if I knew what I know now. They skimped us on our meats and the veggies look like they’re 2 weeks old .
