Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Radcliff

All I can say is Shari makes the Best parmesan Bites and pizzas out of everyone at the store. She has magic fingers. The food is always correct , Delicious and never over cooked or under cooked. I always order online and see who makes the orders. Tyler and Benjamin step up your game! P.s. I live 2 streets up on Logsdon. This store is on wilson. I've lived in the same place 15 yrs and ordered from this place as long. While I teased about stepping up your game I will add that I have Never had a issue with this store nor its workers and since covid they have been especially great. I have 5 kids from 17 to 23 and they are picky as hell eaters. Always had a happy and satisfied family. This store and it's Drivers and it's Servers inside are wonderful . Please remember this store is smack in the middle of a neighborhood and they are ALWAYS Slammed. If you have specific needs its best to call and get a live person if you can't be bothered use the app . if you dont have a porch light or live in apts. Common sense says to let the driver know you will be waiting at a predetermined location. Only trouble ive ever had was when they occasionally train a newb. I ordered hot sauce as a topping, the first pizza had NONE AT ALL even after it was already paid for. So i spoke to sheri, the one that made it-said she was :borrowed from another store, I had to wait for a remake of the pizza and when i got it the SECOND time it barely had ANY hot sauce on it. I've had this issue with this store for years, except for the employee Kevin at this store. For some reason there is an issue with ordering "double" sauce at this store and i'm tired of wasting my money because this store refuses to just simply give me what I'm paying for! I've NEVER had an issue with any store that keeps refusing a topping to a customer-FOR YEARS. I've been a customer of this dominos for years and I will not be ordering here again. I thank the employee Kevin for NEVER giving me this issue-which at one point recommended me to make sure that i call after i order to make sure that the order was made properly. I've ordered delivery pasta, sandwich, chicken and pizza from this location several times. Pros: The food has always been cooked well and hot and fresh when it arrives Cons: -The speed of delivery estimation it gives you is inaccurate on several occasions. If you are one to add notes in the special notes section, be advised sometimes they flat out ignore it. Sometimes I'll have slices that have little to no toppings on it. Sometimes you'll get someone deliver your food and the moment it's out of their hands, they leave. This one is small but it kind of takes away from the delivery experience. I would advise don't tip until they get there and base it on how they act. I usually tip via card ahead of time and have regretted tipping on a few occasions because of these incidents. I have ordered Extra and Double toppings before and it's not what you would expect. With Double, you can clearly tell there is more than normal but in my experience, it's never been double the normal amount.
