I had came into the store several months ago with my wife and mother in law to look at new living room furniture and met CJ. Very nice and hospitable gentleman. He answered any questions we had and did not pressure us in any way. He let us just do our thing and roam about checking out different couches and loveseats. We did not purchase anything on this time in but we were joyfully told to have a great day and to come back and see them if anything changes.

Months later my wife and mother in-law went themselves to the store and ended up purchasing a couch and loveseat set and I heard nothing but great things from both of them on how awesome CJ was and how helpful and hospitable he was as well. Next thing I know, he had a couple gentlemen show up who carefully removed and took my old furniture and installed the new ones that my wife had picked out. They picked up any plastic and set up the pillows not making any mess coming from the outside in.

It is very nice to see and hear of a person so genuine that no matter if it's myself or my wife and mother in-law that walk in, he follows the same respectful, helpful and hospitable tactics any salesman should. The best I have seen in years.

I can’t wait to share images, dialogue from the manager and my story pending on them doing what’s right and just. Still waiting on a call from their “technician”. Will take down potentially when they keep their word. I purchased $2600 worth of furniture on 12/16/23… no small fee for this hard working educator. More to come on how I was treated when I raised concerns. Furniture came timely 12/30/23…. Holidays so I wasn’t home to truly enjoy my new items but upon… WILL COME BACK TO UPDATE. Again just a hard working educator being treated poorly by this business. UPDATE: The same day I made this post of course I get a phone call and a person to come out to look at the couch. Now, I was told by the person that clothing dye transfer to the couch is not covered by the company and I was explained the warranty. I accepted that and I’ve literally never heard back from them after the man came out to look at the furniture. Y’all I expected no follow up because I didn’t have faith in them to begin with. I bought furniture from here feb 2024ish. I only bought it from here because of the "warranty " it was 5 years for springs and frame and some other stuff... I'm very particular about how my furniture is sat on and used. With that being said my couch sounds like a 100 year old house creaking... I called today about the warranty and they say since I moved since purchase that voids my warranty lol they also said that it's a "limited warranty" and only covers for a year.... So what's the 5 year warranty bs they sold me on when I made my over $1,000 purchase.... SCAM ARTIST. They will say whatever is needed to make that sale!. Customer service is NOT their strong suit...
