I work at Freddy's right next door to this location; we closed early because of the snow, ice and everything else going on. I was still waiting on my mother, she was in etown picking my brother up from work, and the roads are super slick so I told her to take her time I will just wait at Taco Bell. As soon as I walked in I asked if they were open, and they didn't seem annoyed. or aggravated that I came in, they were super welcoming and considerate. I work in fast food, I know sometimes especially in these conditions people are just wanting to get home, so I just double checked with them. I asked the group at the front counter if it is okay if I eat in, because nobody was there and I didn't want to be a burden. They all were extremely nice, and even reassured me that It was okay if I stayed in and ate while I waited for my mom. I ordered my food, and sat down, and my food was done in no time, as well as being super fresh. ( I never have problems with this location, I love taco bell and I always get my food right and in a timely manor so kudos ). The manager, her name is Jasmine she brought me my food even though I was going to get it myself, she literally said "No I got it, you sit down and relax". I have never experienced this level of hospitality at any restaurant, let alone a fast food establishment. Not only that, from what I overheard she is newer to this location. And coming from someone who has dealt with power hungry managers, she seems so down to earth and humble. She treated her co-workers amazingly, and with respect. I think she even offered one of them a ride home because she didn't want him to walk with all the snow and ice. As I left, I asked for her name because she is probably the most genuine person I have ever met. She told me to be safe, and have a great night. Jasmine, if you are reading this thank you, I had a very rough night and your hospitality completely changed my mood from bad to good. Not only was she extremely delightful, I can just tell she is amazing to work with. I am very blessed to have a lot of co-workers who are amazing to work with, and we all know having fun co-workers make work fun, and I am sure that the people who work at Taco Bell are blessed to have Jasmine...
Read moreThis is the worse I have ever been treated by anyone in my entire life We did not get our order, and still had to pay for it online When we arrived to tell them our name they were not busy We were then told that they were out of pizzas and could not make any tacos because they were out of lettuce We were willing to get the tacos with no lettuce and asked if we could replace the pizza we were told we could NOT replace anything on the order When I asked why they said because they do not have access to the online ordering and we had to call 1800-red-taco to take care of it she was very very rude and I could hear other employees laughing in t he background. So I asked if I could pull around and make the call they said no problem but regardless they could not make our order or refund us. So I pull around and call the number. This number offers NO options to deal with anything customer oriented. Instead it is all employee and vendor information according to the options. I pull back around to ask for a different number She gets even ruder and tells us she cannot help us we will need to call that number it is the one her manager gave her to use in case of any issues. Again more laughter. We asked for a refund and she again stated we had to call that number. I again explained it and she called me a LIAR. Her exact statement was "Lying about the number is not going to get you anywhere. I need you to leave my drive thru window if you are just going to lie." At that point I asked again for a refund or our food and was told I had to call that number that was it. SO, I had 5 people to feed, no more money as I only had 33 bucks in the bank and the 30 bucks was gone for the order they are not going to make. So my kids got some cheese crackers from the gas station for their very late night dinner (We had a family emergency that kept us all way past normal times) and the three kids had to split packs of crackers while the adults had nothing but free water from the gas station I have NEVER been...
Read moreOrdered from this location through GrubHub a few days ago. When the order arrived, several items were missing. GrubHub said to contact Taco Bell as it was not their fault, and there was nothing they could do. Upon calling Taco Bell, I was "greeted" by Sierra, an alleged store mgr who was very rude and not understanding at all about my dilemma. After already paying for delivery fees and a tip, they now wanted me to drive back into town to pickup the portion of the order that was missing. She would not give me her name and told me she didnt have to. She kept saying that Taco Bell has zero affiliation with GrubHub and there was nothing they could do and that I should contact GrubHub. I drove into the store and was once again met with the same very rude girl with whom I spoke on the phone. Long story short, after an almost 30 min wait in the store, they replaced the part of my order that was missing, meanwhile the rest of our food was back at home getting cold and going to waste. She refused to comp any part of my order due to the inconvenience. I accepted that and patiently waited for my food. During that time, several employees approached me to give me her name, her supervisors name, and to apologize for their mgrs behavior. Also, a customer approached me to tell me he would be filing a complaint on my behalf, as he was apalled by the manager's behavior....
