Juanito's Street Tacos — Restaurant in Radcliff

This place is a MUST - TRY!!!!!

I ordered 3 different tacos this time, to go. One taco was ground beef, one was carnitas and the other barbacoa. Each taco was made with lettuce, tomato, cheese and crema/sour cream. The ground beef was salty but ok. The carnitas was pretty good! Smokey and rich. Tasted like authentic carnitas and the barbacoa was good, for here, but nothing like the barbacoa I get in San Antonio. It was still good though and I like how their tacos are authentic with the soft tortilla.

They came with 3 different sauces on the side. One was chipotle. It was straigh chipotle sauce which I love. One was their homemade salsa. It just tasted bad and was extremely watery. It had no heat to it. The final sauce was some kind of creamy guac/pepper sauce that was extremely front-of-the-mouth hot and just didnt taste good at all.

We'll go back again and try something else. The tacos were good but I can do without the sauces. I don't mind heat but it has to taste good! They have a good looking menu and we got the 3 tacos for 9 bucks and change. It is a good restaurant and the atmosphere is great, the food is good and definitely worth a stop in if you are near...

We recently tried Juanito's for the first time a couple weeks ago. We live around the corner, but had just never stopped in. Well let me just say we have been missing out all this time. In fact we are grabbing carryout tonight. The portions were big, toppings were fresh with generous amounts, the flour tortillas were super soft and the perfect thickness. I got steak supreme tacos, and he got grilled chicken supreme tacos. We both really enjoyed them. I usually eat 3 to 4 tacos. I only ordered 2 because of the reviews I read, and the pics people had posted. I even had some left over that were still good the next day. The cheese dip was great too. I have sensitivity to spicy food, and most places put too much jalapeno in it for me. Not the case here. EXCELLENT FOOD AND...

I Received horrible service from the Food truck at a local event last night. My young son had to wait a very long time for his food so he had drank all of his drink. I very politely asked “Ma’am can my son please get a refill because he drank all of his drink while he was waiting?” I was not complaining about the wait I was just asking for a refill on the drink. The lady cooking rudely said to me “well everyone is waiting , there is a line everywhere and we are running out of drinks”. She completely snapped at me. They were not staffed and stocked enough for the event but that was not my complaint. It was the woman’s response to me that was shocking. Even if she politely said no they don’t do refills I would not be writing this review. ...
