My husband and I have eaten here for at least the last 6 years almost every week. We order the same thing almost everytime, though I occasionally switch it up. The service has been wonderful since day 1! The food is the best I have eaten for the most part. When they moved and were closed for a couple months, we were not able to find anyone who's food compared to theirs. My husband doesn't want to eat Mexican food anywhere else. Have been going to las plamas for years but since opening the new location it has been horrible. Tonight I had the last straw and will not be coming back. Ordered my daughters chicken tenders and rice and they ended up giving us chicken tenders and fries. I told one of the ladies that work there about it and our waitress basically said we didn’t say that. They gave us some rice but had the nerve to say they had to charge us for it because we already got the fries. No you messed up. Take my order back and give me what I asked for.
