Went to this restaurant today, waited in line for 15 minutes at the drive thru. Made and purchased my order specifically asking for mild sauce. Half way home I discovered that I had only received hot sauce and no drinking straw. I turned around drove the 7 miles back to the restaurant waited in line 5 more minutes. After reaching the window again I explained the problem and took a picture for Google. I explained what I was doing and the lady called the manager. I explained to her my disappointment and asked for hot food. (By this time my order was cold). The manager asked for my ticket and I gave it to her. She handed it back and with a bad attitude said "I CAN'T HELP YOU ". I took another picture of her and she told me she was calling the cops on me for taking photos. I am posting the photos here and tomorrow morning on all social media sites. The food was cold and terrible, the service was absolutely disrespectful. I will recommend everyone avoid this place as much as possible. And for the record there is no crime in taking pictures at a public place. Why else would Google ask for people to add photos of places they visit. So to the evil manager at taco bell, " let's not meet again ". The manager needs to be taught respect and how to properly wear a mask. Hope she doesn't have covid 19 preparing food with her...

When called back to speak with the "manager" she stated that sheade the sandwiches and she knows she put steak on them. She begin to accuse us of taking the steak off and eating it. My husband wanted to bring it back and she continued to rudely say that she was not giving us a refund and she could sell us a side order of steak. That is the most rediculus thing that we've ever been accused of. This was the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. If we were poor low life's we would never order that item and must less on a regular basis. One thing for sure we will NEVER patronize you establishment ever again.If she is a manager, she needs to go back in training to learn how to serve the community. Read moreIf I could give this location less than 1 star I would be thrilled. I live out of town and passed through this location to get my usual. I paid extra for what I wanted and asked for certain items to NOT be on my food. As I got down the road and began eating my food I almost gagged. They did exactly what they felt like doing. I called the store within minutes of the order and asked for a manager. Whomever I spoke with told me she would refund my order and I explained to her I didn’t live in that town and I didn’t come that way often but she said it was fine. Today I brought the receipt with me and was told that I couldn’t get a refund for the order they messed up. The manager offered me more food. I already had food and wasn’t interested in another order. She marked my receipt and had a nasty attitude and gave me a time limit on when to be back as if it was coming from her personal pockets. That wasn’t an option for me. That’s unprofessional and trashy. The whole experience is a waste of time and gas. Everyone needs to be retrained or replaced. Corporate is going to know about this.
