Deeply Disappointed with our experience. I can’t believe they sent chicken out that was not quite done, the skin was disintegrated, soggy, just inedible. We are so upset and the management seems so nonchalant. Spoke to someone called “Nancy” who was one of the managers. Put me on hold instead of empathizing. We had to take the chicken back to get remade. They didn’t even offer to give us a refund. We had to demand to see a manager.manager blamed it on trainees. Well where were you in the quality control??? Lack of personal ownership. If we could give them zero stars we would have. I stated that it has been done before, and she responded back stating we only have 2 breast meat. I said thank you anyway and as I was driving off, I heard her say "I hate it when people do that" not realizing microphone was still on. I called restaurant to speak to manager of what had happened and was told that manager was too busy to take my call and to call back in an hour. Then another lady got on there 5 minutes later and was completely interested in anything I had to say. She repeated my order back to me like it was a complete inconvenience. Then when I got to the window she took my card. No hello, thank you, nothing. When she handed it back and I said thank you it was crickets.
