Ambis 1 Nightclub — Restaurant in Raleigh

We had the unfortunate misfortune of visiting Ambis 1 Nightclub, and what was meant to be a night of fun turned into a nightmare due to their unjust treatment and the presence of rude bouncers especially the one with glasses. I was unceremoniously kicked out of the establishment for absolutely no reason, leaving me feeling humiliated and disgusted. The bouncers were unnecessarily aggressive and treated guests as if they were criminals. It was as if they were looking for any excuse to assert their power and make guests feel small. Overall, the staff's apathetic and rude behavior added insult to injury.

My husband accompanied me to the bathroom & waited for me out on the hallway. While I was coming out to leave back to the dance floor the bouncer with glasses approached us stated we had to move from the hallway to the dance floor, obviously seeing us walking back to the dance floor. When we replied we were moving out of the way he started with smart remarks that were not asked for. Long story short he started to get in my husbands face for no reason and smacked my phone out of my hand !! We got kicked out of the establishment without any explanation of what was done wrong.

My experience at Ambis 1 Nightclub was a disgraceful display of unprofessionalism and mistreatment. Being unjustly kicked out without any explanation by rude bouncers left a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant and respectful night out to steer clear of this establishment. There are plenty of other nightclubs that value their customers and prioritize their enjoyment and safety!!! Tuvimos la desgracia de visitar la discoteca Ambis 1, y lo que iba a ser una noche de diversión se convirtió en una pesadilla por el trato injusto y la presencia de bouncers groseros, especialmente el de gafas. Nos echaron sin contemplaciones del establecimiento sin ninguna razón, dejándome sintiéndome humillado y asqueado. Los bouncers eran innecesariamente agresivos y trataban a los invitados como si fueran delincuentes. Era como si estuvieran buscando cualquier excusa para hacer valer su poder y hacer que los invitados se sintieran pequeños. En general, el comportamiento apático y grosero del personal agregó insulto a la lesión.

Mi esposo me acompañó al baño y me esperó en el pasillo. Mientras salía para regresar a la pista de baile, el bouncer con lentes se nos acercó y dijo que teníamos que movernos del pasillo a la pista de baile, obviamente al vernos caminar de regreso a la pista de baile. Cuando respondimos que nos estábamos quitando del camino, comenzó con comentarios inteligentes que no se habían pedido. Para resumir, ¡comenzó a meterse en la cara de mi esposo sin motivo y me arrancó el teléfono de la mano! Nos echaron del establecimiento sin ninguna explicación de lo que se hizo mal.

Mi experiencia en el club nocturno Ambis 1 fue una muestra vergonzosa de falta de profesionalismo y maltrato. Ser expulsado injustamente sin ninguna explicación por parte de bouncers groseros me dejó un sabor amargo en la boca. Recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una noche agradable y respetuosa que se mantenga alejado de este establecimiento. ¡Hay muchos otros clubes nocturnos que valoran a sus clientes y priorizan su disfrute...

If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend (who is a woman) was literally assaulted and slapped in the face by a guy as we were trying to leave bc my other friend was too messed and was kicked out. We were ALL Women. As we were walking away, a group of 3 young guys and their dad approached us. We told them to keep walking. We knew they were looking for a fight but they kept walking towards until a fight broke and that’s when my friend got assaulted. They said my other friend who is a woman “touched” their dad but that was not the case. We were literally just trying to leave because we knew that friend was too messed up. Cops did not do anything and told us if we did not leave we would be taken in. Horrible night and rude employees. Cops should de-escalate a situation but they didn’t not care for the facts or what was right. Ambis is a PITIFUL place to go. Caution when going because you will get mistreated...

Horrible place ... both times I've been here I've had bad experiences ...this recent time I pre purchased 2 "vip" (17$ each ) tickets because I knew I wouldnt get in there in time to get in free before 10pm there was no description of what VIP would get you.. I assumed jump the line so I payed 2 extra dollars.. got there at 1230am .. no line.. people were actually already leaving.. I proceed to show the girl at the counter my evenbrite confirmation and she tells me no it applies only before 11pm ..(I paid 17 dollars for a dang "vip" service) at this point I just want to leave .. finally they allow us in after speaking to someone else .. and wow ... what a disappointment.. there was hardly anyone there the bartenders were arm crossed leaning back . They only take cash... at that point I decided not to spend a cent more and...
