purchased my furniture last week to be told wednesday when that day comes no call no nothing so i start calling from 12-2 i guess the whole staff take lunches then when i call i get ill text back service no text back nothing but when they were ready to take my money i got no problem at all so finally i talk with someone to be told oh it’s running behind we will deliver friday so friday comes no call no time frame no nothing so i call i talk with angel she says they will contact me so oh u also gotta wait all day for your furniture to be deliver no time frame poor communication at job and then if u call back your the problem for calling too much! i took off wednesday had to pay someone to sit at my house all day but oh yea they didn’t know wednesday that it was 2 days behind so they didn’t have a chance to call me i got to them before they were able to at the end of the day yea they are reasonable but ill pay more money for better customer service better communication i will not spend my money here again nor will i...

Took them a MONTH to deliver my furniture, mind u not to mention they already took 2 payments out of my account and I still haven’t recieved my furniture!!!!!! When I call they all lien… ended up speaking to the manager and he waved the delivery fee and set up fee…that was nice but fast forward I ordered my living room and bedroom Nov! 1st payment came out 12/5 and 2 payment came out 2 weeks later…. Just to get my furniture 12/24!!! Had family dinner planned and had to cancel because the delivery guys just dropped off tons of boxes and left them… I called the store just to find out that another person was going to put it together 12/26!!!! Messed my plans all up for Christmas! The guy that came and assembled was very nice!!!!! Had to get a uhaul to take allllllll the boxes to the landfill… nobody comes and get ur boxes when they set up ur furniture which I find very odd!!!!! But anyway RUN...

To my knowledge most furniture stores charge a delivery fee ensuring that their delivery services are up to standard with the rest of the customer service experience. On the day of delivery the driver did great at giving me an ETA, however, I do wish the store would have communicated that the customer would be responsible for unboxing and setting up furniture and also figuring out where things are as it relates to set up. This could just be me but I also wish I would've been told that I would be responsible for getting rid of the huge cardboard box. I live in an apartment complex where you could possible get fined for leaving large items by the dumpster. The chaise I purchased supposedly has a charging option but there was no instruction given on how to set that up or operate that feature. Other than that great people...
