Bojangles — Restaurant in Raleigh

This Bojangles normally does a great job with giving me everything I asked for. I order after a man who was alittle aggressive. I got the Bo chicken sandwhich combo fresh fries and bo sized with a sprite. I also just got a Cajun filet chicken biscuit. The guy who took my order starting making my food scooped from the already made fries add a lot more seasoning that was not needed I waited patiently I Was going to say anything because maybe they would be hot then he went to the back where I can see him make my food and proceeded to make it with no gloves on touching the biscuit and the chicken with his hands…… I tried to ignore it because if I went through the drive through I would have never known I grabbed my bag and my fries were cold so I asked them to remake them because originally I had asked for fresh fries. After watching him touch parts of my food with his bare hands after touching cash money I no longer had an appetite. When I got in the car I realized my sprite was carbonated water and I was just really disappointed because normally they do great and there was only 1 person technically in front of me and no one after. And not many cars in the drive through.

Update : bo chicken sandwich was not good at all. The bread and chicken crust was very soggy...

Went to this location and ordered some food. First 2 orders weren’t what I asked for so had to take them back in. Instead of making it completely over she just replaced the pieces of chicken I didn’t ask for and gave me the ones I asked for. Okay , cool. My 3rd order the chicken looked like it had just been sitting. It didn’t look like it had been made an hour or even 2 hours ago. First I asked for fresh fries and I’m guessing the manager cause she had on a different colored shirt walked over to the fries by the register (mind you I made my orders in the drive thru) made me 2 bags of fries. Fries weren’t fresh either. Some of them were warm and some of them was as stale as a chip left on a counter for 5 weeks. The all around service was just horrible especially coming from a manager! Of all people she should’ve called for fresh fries especially if there mig the not been any out for a while or if she was unsure about it. I just need this Bojangles to get it together! Yall have a 100 rating but the service...

The customer service I just experienced was rude and unprofessional. The server at the window took my order, told me to drive around and charged me for the order behind me. I noticed when she gave me the wrong drink. When I asked if it was the I ordered, she said, “no. What did you order?” I told her my order, and she had the audacity to tell me she didn’t take my order. WOW!! Then, she was very rude and nonchalant about the mistake SHE MADE!! She gave me my money back, then asked what other drink I want because they are out of lemonade when she should have said that when she took my order. Anyway! I need Bojangles and the McDonald’s next to them to DO BETTER when hiring people for a customer service job. If you are going to have a nasty attitude, PLEASE DON’T WORK AT A FAST FOOD PLACE!!
