Like always, whenever I’m getting the family feast meal which I do about once every other week, they always forget half of the stuff. I usually order in the drive-through though I don’t think I’m gonna be doing that anymore & even when I go inside, they always forget stuff & get my orders wrong, so it’s pretty disappointing. With this last order two weeks ago which made my 11th visit recently, like every single time that I had ordered the previous 10 times, all of the sides were either missing or wrong, there were no biscuits & the two sweet potato turnovers were not in the bag… but usually the lines are so long. I just want to get the heck out of there. Only a couple times have I gone back or gone inside when ordering drive-through to ask for the things that were not in there because they just kind of grunt/ make noises or look frustrated, as if it were my fault that they are not paying attention to making the correct orders and most of them look like they absolutely hate being there & look absolutely miserable to be there & take their frustrations out on us the customers which is sad. I don’t know if I’ll be going back to Bojangles anytime soon, cuz it doesn’t even matter which Bojangles I go to… usually it’s the same with all of them unfortunately, which is sad because it’s the only chicken and biscuits that I really like. I mean the buttery biscuits whenever they are included like they’re supposed to, are just so delicious. But I guess it’s like they say: “All good things must come to an end.” And yes, I know that they say that you can call the corporate number or reach out via email/ website which I have in the past but they always said that they were going to send me something to compensate me for all the money I have lost and not receiving what I paid for via mail but they never do so I’ve just given up on that so I guess I’m going to try to have to find a better...
Read moreRude and unprofessional.
Went inside and Ordered 3 boxes, 2 with fries and 1 with mashed potatoes.
While putting the items in the box the employees were yapping the whole time between themselves.
They ended up only giving me 2 boxes at the end(1 with fries and 1 with mashed potatoes). I told them a box was missing. They prepared the other box and were in the process of putting mashed potatoes inside it when i told them it supposed to be fries. They said “we gave you fries already” yeah they did but this box also has fries. I explain to them what i ordered.
They ended up giving me the fries but they were yapping along themselves rude comments about if i wanted fries i should have said it in my order. I didn’t really care but then I asked for hot sauce and buffalo. The lady grab a bunch and literally threw them into the bag. Like cmon that’s was on uncalled for. I didn’t say anything and just went to go use the restroom before I left. I overheard them continuing mentioning how i tried to pull a fast one and other unprofessional stuff.
They really need to focus on whats on the recipient and do their job instead of having side conversations that distract them into fulfilling the correct orders. I get mistakes happen but being rude about it isn’t necessary.

Read moreThe food was fine but the customer service was terrible. The meals weren’t paired with the right sides which would have been ok but I thought we had 3 missing items. I had 2 small children in the car waiting for their meals and I had to go back inside. When I told the servers there were items missing, they were extremely rude and told me the items were in a separate bag. Even so, there was still a missing fry and the server told me if I wanted another fry I’d have to pay for it (again, in a condescending tone). I asked to speak to the manager (I really wasn’t trying to be a Karen, but it was bad) and she said she WAS the manager. Finally, she walked away and I started to leave, incredulous about the attitude over fries. I mean, I wasn’t trying to scam them out of a bag of fries. Another customer said, “Hey, she’s getting your fries.” So I ended up with the fries but why not just say, “Sorry for the inconvenience,” and get me the fries in the first place? With all the exposure of “Karens” on social media, I feel like it’s viewed as a crime to stand up for yourself. But when a business makes a mistake and THEN treats you rudely, you shouldn’t have to take it. This is not my first bad experience with Bojangles service. Bojangles, you’re no...
