I order 3 whoppers, 1 cheese burger, 2 m fries, 1 shake, and 1 coke FRESH..... I pulled up payed and got my drinks. and pulled up more to wait for the fresh food. I ordered at 5:42. At 5:57 I got out the car cause I saw like 4-5 cars pull off since I ordered. When I came in my whopper was just sitting. And they started to make my fries once they saw me. So all I had left was one cheese burger. So the rosa was making the burgers in the back. She looked at me like she was starting my burger, then she started doing other things instead of making my food. She asked the girls in the front what she had to make as if she didn't have a screen to see. They told her to make my double cheese burger first with NO PICKLES.... then she proceeded to make someone else who came thru the drive thru after me bacon double cheese burger, right beside the buns for mine. And i got upset because ive been waiting longer than anyone in drive thru. So after we argued and i told i would report her. She was just being ignorant to make me wait. So shes finally making my burger. SLOWLY. And then she adds alot of pickles. When my receipt and order says no pickles. So i told her no pickles and she says. They didnt tell me... when 1 employee did and she couldve READ THE SCREEN. Then she takes them off with a attitude and wraps up my burger.. what if i was allergic to pickles?.... then i had to wait for fresh fries all over again.... and let me say.... I have worked in fast food twice..... customer service and satisfaction should always be top priority.....if you can't do it. Find another job!!!! I didn't pull off til 6:05.... it shouldn't take 23 minutes for one order in fast...

At 10:30am the breakfast menu was taken off the screen and replaced with the lunch menu. At 10:32am when a young man’s voice came across my husband tried to order our meals. The boy then, in an unprofessional voice and tone (tried to make himself sound like a robot), said “we are not serving lunch until 11”. My husband then asked why the menu had changed and a female responded “our menu changed, but none of our lunch items will be ready until 11”. So then my husband confirmed that it would take them thirty minutes to cook chicken fries. She confirmed and told him he could order breakfast. He then responded that he didn’t know what breakfast items they had because the menu was no longer up. They stayed silent after that, so we just decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. We’ve been here a few other times and have gotten lunch items at 10:30am (usually because we stop by sometimes after church). Needless to say we will not be patronizing this location since they choose to allow their employees to react in...
Read morestopped by here today after work around 6 with my 1 year old and 3 year old in the car i went through the drive through obviously because i wanted something quick and to get home and get the kiddos fed. I literally waited in line for about 15 min there were about 5 cars behind me and 4 ahead i couldnt even pull out of line. finally get to the window and the lady working the window gets mad at me when i handed her a coupon for fries saying i should have told her i had a coupon i told her whats the big deal she cant add the coupon now? i just found it in my car, she got upset she had to change the price or whatever guess it wasnt convienent for her she rolled her eyes and said you need to wait i said thats fine ive been waiting in line already for almost 15 min she told me she only had one person working.
