Subway — Restaurant in Raleigh

Lost me as a customer, Tax rate questionable, Rude/Yelling employee "Jordan - Shift Manager" Reported to BBB. Went through store today at 12: 46 pm and placed an order for a 6" ham sub on wheat bread with lettuce, onions, and mayo. My office is 20 min from the location. When i returned to my office to eat lunch at my desk (While working - BUSY) just to realize that my sub has southwest sauce on it and spinach instead of lettuce. Called them ahead to let them know I wanted a refund and they could keep the food. When I arrived the shift manager "Jordan" (what she told me) was short with me to start and tried to down play the event as an "accident" saying "accidents happen". I realize accidents happen but it typically doesn't go over well when down playing a customers issues. The store gave me my money back on the spot. When I asked to speak to the owner of the store "Jordan" told me that he wouldn't be available until tomorrow. When I asked for the store owners contact info she pointed to the sign and said that was his name but declined to give me any contact info for the store owner. Realizing that I was getting nowhere with the shift manager Jordan I began asking the other employee (Male - didn't catch his name) how I can get in contact with the owner and he let me know the store owner would actually be in today at 2PM. It might be a good idea to hire qualified employees for the shift managers in the future specifically ones that are equipped with the knowledge to deal with these situations correctly. Last thing I noticed what a "Cary Tax (8.25%)" and this store location is in Garner NC. Not sure what state laws are for sales tax but I will be looking into this as well. This was a terrible experience. Although the service was not very friendly, this location did not accept coupons, and my sandwich was mediocre, I settled into the comfy chairs and enjoyed a funny show that was playing on their TV to make the best of my lunch break. Midway through my meal, I had to use the restroom. The smell when I entered was nearly enough to gag me. I soon saw why. One of the two stalls had plastic wrap around the toilet and was closed off from use. The other had a black slime inside the toilet bowl ring that can only be caused if no bleach or disinfectant is ever used to clean it. The floors, walls, everything was generally dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned much or at all. I would never go back unless there's new management because somebody who allows their bathroom to get that gross may not be using the proper cleaning standards for food either. I threw the rest of my food away, left quickly and won't be back. Also, I noticed the reviews on here mentioned some shadiness around what they paid for and what they got, so I checked my receipt and the listed menu prices; I was indeed overcharged. Chips are listed as $1.29 each as of July 18, and I was charged $3.18 for two bags of chips that same week. Placed an order using the mobile app. Was not ready when I got there but that was okay. I didn't mind waiting while they made the order. What irritated me is when I get back to the office. My order was made incorrectly. I wasn't happy because I knew they would want me to come up there but that wouldn't be an option because I was at work already. I called in and sure enough, he said come up and we'll make you a new one. I told him I could not and whatever, it's fine. I'll just have to deal. The guy then says hold on, I'll see if we can get you one for tomorrow or something. I said sure. He comes back and says, sorry but you have to bring the sandwich back. Bring it back??? For what??? Redistribution? I mean, I assume you're not going to do that and you would've just made me a sandwich so what's the difference?
