I placed an online order at this location for carry out/car side delivery. I originally planned on getting delivery but the usual store I order from was closed already, and this was the next nearest location that was allowing me to submit my order, just not for delivery sense it was a little after 11pm and they closed at 12am. I realized shortly after placing my order this location was further away than I had thought (about 22mins). When I punched it into my GPS it said I would be arriving at 12:16 am, fifteen minutes AFTER they closed. So I decided to call the store and find out if that was going to be okay or not, or if I’d have to just request a refund. I was greeted on the phone by a super friendly manager named Courtland. I explained I would be arriving late to pickup my order. Without hesitation he assured me that he would still be at the store by the time we arrived and to just call when we pulled in, and he’d bring out our order. Just as my husband and I pulled into the parking lot, a belt broke on our vehicle 😩 Cortland brought our food out to us right away. My husband let him know what was going on with our vehicle snd mentioned we may have to get an Uber home and come back for our vehicle in the morning after buying a new belt. He was very understanding and kind and said it would be fine there overnight. About 15 mins later we were in my husbands car eating our pizza waiting on our Uber and Cortland came outside asking if we would like a water or soda, and then gave us two cokes! Overall he truly had exceptional customer service, the food was fresh and Hot, and my husband and I decided it’s worth the additional 10-12 minute drive to order from this location in the future, because good customer service and genuine friendly people are hard to come by these days and we really appreciated his compassion, and willingness to go...
Read moreI wanted to order pizza for my children and had an interesting experience trying to get someone on the phone at the local Dominos where we have have ordered pizza many times before. I called 4 different times only to wait after talking to a 3rd party, who wanted to transfer me only to lead to disconnection. I was disconnected 4 times in this process and then when I was connected (or thought I was) waited over 15 minutes with no answer- just the continuous recording about all of the specials. Why can't a customer just call the local Domino's location like I used to? What changed? Why do I need to speak with someone who is not directly at the store in order to get to be connected to the store, to then place an order. It was not successful. I then ordered online and it was my first time doing so since I prefer to call. It has taken 3X as long as usual - to wait for pizza after it was ordered online than when I just call the store directly. I have no complaints about the location or the quality of pizza orother food once delivered, and service has also been good. But this new phone system is really unnecessary and it takes way too long to get to a live person. Actually- I did not get a live person today. I shouldn't have to order online because I can't get through to a person at the local store. When we called back they said the only way they’d bring the items we ordered but didn’t receive was if we returned the incorrect pizza. (Who asks for a pizza back???) They sent the correct pizza and wings but the driver (Glen) came to the door demanding the pizza back on direct instructions from the manager (Sheen). I wasn’t going to send back a pizza that was given to me so I tipped the driver and called the manager who was completely inept, rude and just a total disgrace to Dominos. We order from this location probably twice a week (teenagers) and had never had a problem before today. No worries. We won’t be ordering from here again. Instead of just sending out the pizzas we ordered after getting our initial order wrong, you’d think the manager would be apologetic and just trying to make sure the customers were happy.
