Being from Maine Dunks has always been a frequent stop….and I drink a lot of coffee. I hit this location 2-3 times a week. Product at this location is always good, only one time was order off and they quickly fixed. Drive through is quick and efficient, if you are in store either speak up or use the kiosk, my only “issue” and reason for non 5 star at this point is Ap Use. I tend to use the Ap as a means of efficiency, but not always efficient. Many times while I’m waiting for my order to be filled people will come up, order, get their stuff and head out. It seems the drive through and counter lines go a bit more efficiently and get better attention (consistently) …..So, if Dunks is listening have the crew check the printer a bit more frequently to keep us moving 😃
Update to prior review and I’m happy to update again, last four times I have been here. I have ordered ahead and it has taking me between eight and 14 minutes once I arrive to get my coffee. The employees are attending to the drive-through line and I have counted nine people that they have taken orders at the counter and have still not addressed the big line of people waiting for the mobile orders. Hopefully management reviews these and they can address this, I do not leave reviews lately, and this was not a one time occurrence.. I’ll be back in adjust review if...

Read moreThere were 5 workers there at 7:24pm tonight (10/18/21). I went through the drive-thru and no one picked up. I drove up to the window and all the workers were gathered together. I knocked, waved, you name it. They saw me, not one acknowledged me. I drove to the door, the doors were locked. One girl was doing inventory it seemed. I knocked the door (as my daughter) again, she saw me. Not an acknowledgement or anything. Drove around to the window: knocked, honked, nothing. Finally a teen guy I believe went to the window, signaled "closed" with his hands. I said the hours say closes at 8, not 7:24pm. He said "we changed the hours yesterday". There's no notice on the doors, drive-up machine, windows, anywhere. I believe the employees wanted to leave earlier. Now, if they ran out of everything I'd understand completely why they'd close early- I've worked drive-thru before. But, what infuriated me and the 5 other cars behind me was that not a single employee acknowledged ANY of us. These employees need to be trained for proper customer service, and if the hours truly changed, change it online and post a notice on your store doors/windows/etc. Very upset...
