Wow! Thought I’d give Jerry’s a shot since passing by. Reviews say things have changed, poor quality, poor service. Their info shows they changed ownership 2 years prior which seems to correspond with the down turn in reviews.

I looked over there many w and noticed the hangover had undergone dinner inflation and is not $6,$7, or even $9. It soars it is now $12. Value of great review lost there. That is approaching a cheap steak. So I switch to the special on the wall, a cheeseburger combo for $9.99. I tell the dumb guy with his cool ball cap on backwards that I’m a first timer but the reviews looked good and the cheeseburger was a recommended starting point. He starts to tell me the posted special is outdated (freshly written on dry erase board) but I could get just a burger for about $8. Hmmm…. I begin to look over the menu and point at a cheeseburger combo that is also like the dry erase board, clearly priced as $9.99 and tell the gent I’ll have one of these. His jaw hangs further open as he leaks out “uh, that price must be wrong, it’s $11.99”. What? Gent plays with the cash register and stands there looking at me. I offer to purchase either the special posted on the dry erase board OR the cheeseburger come on the menu with the price printed as $9.99 but the slack jaw young man cannot compute my request to buy something at the price I am looking at from the menu he just handed me and tells me he cannot sell me a cheeseburger combo for the price listed because it’s $11.99. You can understand my confusion from the position of a customer. I simply wanted to eat something good and try out Jerry’s. I offered one last time to give Jerry’s representative and spokesperson ten bucks for a burger and fries but he told me it would not be possible. OK Jerry’s, you did that not me brother. There are other...

If you’re like me and are trying to use the rest of your GoPlay&Save coupons, don’t bother going to Jerry’s Grill. I made the mistake of driving over there only to find out that they are no longer honoring the coupon. I suppose when the new owners took over, they got to pick and choose which liabilities and assets they would take on. Not fair to me the consumer! In my opinion if you still use Jerry’s name, you should still honor the good deed that was done for our school children when they placed the coupon in the GoPlay@Save book. On a side note, the new owner is much nicer, yet the burgers are smaller and not as tasty. Who knows, they might have tasted better had they not refused to honor a...

Stoped in to do a side-by-side comparison with Snoopy's hot dog versus Jerry's. Unfortunately, Snoopy's won. Both my wife and I didn't really care for the chili on the dog. Nothing overly bad about it. It definitely was a plump, all beef hot dog, and The Toasted Bun was pretty good. Just thought the chili wasn't very tasty in the hot dog and seemed to be over grilled a little bit. It's kind of like a dive wasn't completely dirty but wasn't completely clean either. They have a much bigger selection of items to choose from, so there might be some other things that are way better. I probably stop in again and maybe try something different, but for a hot dog, I'd definitely go...

Excellent Cubano sandwich! This is definitely one of those hole-in-the-wall joints that every city needs so when your friends visit you can take them out for a good burger or sandwich. I was considering Panera Bread, but I’m soooooo glad I stopped in here. My wife had a hot dog with slaw and was very pleased. Would definitely eat here again. 5-star rating for sure! I recommend getting the Cubano sandwich. Also, the sweet tea tasted good, mixed it half & half. And the guy taking the order was nice. Thanks
