The “newness” has worn off and it appears as though only one or two staff members actually care anymore. Part of the issue is the online system giving incorrect wait times so you end up waiting for over 30 in the store with no updates on your order. The other issue is the staff not calling names of orders they finish. So the whole crowd runs up to check the name on the bag. When you’re this busy, keeping your head down and avoid customers only makes it worse. Just be greet folks and be honest that there is a delay.
Edit: this store just keeps getting worse. Adjusted my review down in stars. I think honestly they are taking on too many orders. Send some back to the Four Corners locations!

The initial contact with staff was very positive (& new person in training), then the process broke down into chaos. After receiving 1 of 2 sandwiches & paying in full plus tip, I realized that additional on-line/telephone orders were being filled as I waited for a philly. I asked the cook as he brought out a sandwich, if it was mine. He asked about my order & apologized. The line person never communicated the order to him. He immediately went & prepared my philly. Read moreThe last four orders of mine were not right. I didn’t say anything the first few times but FOUR TIMES? The first couple of times it was one or two toppings missing but this last time was absolute laziness. We ordered two number 9s and neither had bacon on them. We asked for banana peppers and both had THREE of them on there. Did not get any cheese and my husband asked for no tomato, of course got tomato. We got what we specifically asked to leave off and then nothing of what we asked for.
